Cinnabon

Coming here is usually pleasant. I like the customer service because the staff helps each other. they work with my questions and rewards. I beat the rush when i come in on early afternoons..whether it is on a Sunday or Tuesday. It’s annoying how cinnabon keeps updating the menu as I’m used to the classic items.however I surprisingly enjoyed the cinnamon cold brew. It isn’t their usual sweet tooth chiller.

I love their product. I just have a problem with the customer service. I live an hour away and I looked online to see what time they close. Google said 9pm. I arrived at 7:53. I told the cashier that I would like a box of them. She said I'm sorry we're closed. I explained that I just drove an hour to get some and she just shrugged her shoulders. Very poor customer service.

I went into the mall specifically to go to Cinnabons. I have their app and was given a reward for my birthday and also had a drink reward. One reward was going to expire that day and the other reward was set to expire the next day. The rewards state "one coupon per purchase" I made one purchase and redeemed one coupon then when attempting to make my second purchase the cashier tells me I can't do that. That I could only redeem one coupon a day. They refused to take my money and let me redeem my second reward that was going to expire. I will be uninstalling the app and won't go back.
