Jack In The Box

Visited from out of town and got some tacos and a sour dough jack plus a chicken sandwich 🥪 😋 The sourdough jack bread and bacon could have been fresher but other than that the tacos and new spicy mini tacos were as expected and a late night fav. The spicy loaded mini tacos come with lettuce and nacho cheese.

Would give zero stars if I could. Paying for expensive, cold, stale food is NOT okay, I work hard for my money too. Ordered 2 meals, fries were old and cold, the burgers were the same with old stale bacon. So gross!! Been to this location a few times, sometimes it's decent but lately, just plain gross. People shouldn't have to pay for food that should of went out in last night's garbage!!

Found hairs on my bacon that came with bacon swiss portabella sandwich... Which looked like hairs from being dropped on floor and them bacon put back in sandwich. My girlfriend who also order the same thing was able to see it when showing her, as she sat across the table from me. Whent to inform the cashier, she quickly and defensively with a snarky attitude had denied the possibility... Then quickly retracted her comment, attitude and had then offered to replace it after I had taken flashlight on my phone and camera mode, to assist her in seeing it more clearly and more honestly. She then corrected it by replacing my meal more kindly and apologized for the mishap.

I ordered what I wanted, and I paid for what I ordered…so why are they rude to me for wanting that? If you hand me a completely incorrect order, since I paid for it, I have every right to ask for it to be corrected. I don’t need to be questioned and insulted…it is not my fault that you didn’t make my order correctly. There’s always a problem here: terrible food and terrible service. I don’t understand how they’re still open. They’re literally getting paid to give us terrible food and treat us like garbage.
