Why have two disgruntled employees? I come and pay typically for great ice cream and great service. Being ignored for plus attitude while getting ice cream. Wife had to re ask them to please attend her after being ignored. Please go to other baskin robbins locations. First and last time for me at this location. Time of service was 8:05 on 3‐13-22

The customer service was great, and the ice cream was delicious. I went on a Tuesday, which is family night, so the place was crowded. Even so, I didn't have to wait very long to be served. The young lady who helped me actually seemed glad to be at work and happy to serve me. I really appreciated that. I had a scoop of the Flavor of the Month - Mom's Making Cookies. It was so good! I hope they keep it as a regular offering.

We normally love Baskin-Robbins (been regulars for years) but this location has THE WORST customer service. We were not greeted as we entered, nor as we stood waiting for an employee to acknowledge that we were there. We were the only customers in the whole place, yet the 3 employees had conversations amongst themselves and ignored us. I asked my child which flavor he wanted to try, one employee acknowledged that he heard us, yet still never spoke a word to us. He continued with his task at hand(drying a cup and talking to the other employees). I had to basically demand a scoop of ice cream. Very small portions, despite the fact we told him NOT child size scoops. We were interrupted part way through our order by a crowd of cheerleader guests entering the store and our server completely lost attention that we were still there and still ordering. When finally done and paid we were not handed spoons nor napkins. No spoons available on the counter either. We will not be returning and despite the fact that we now live close to this location, we will be getting our ice cream elsewhere. Very disappointed. Poor training and poor customer service usually ties back to poor management.
