Carl's Jr.

I don't have high expectations for fast food these days and try my best to avoid it, but while waiting for a haircut next door my boys asked if we could grab a burger at Carl's Jr. It was probably the worst food experience I have had in years. The lady behind the counter almost seemed like she was upset that we were in and makeing an order. Everything we ordered was luke warm at best. The fries were stale and must have been sitting a while before we arrived. All of our burgers were barely warm and had been absolutely drenched in so much sauce that they were soggy and flat out fell apart. The ONLY reason I didn't give this a one star is because they did manage to get my order correct.

Sadly the worst IN TOWN.. staffed by kids. Wait for ever. Hell the drive thru girls nails were so loing she couldn't hand me my change back basically tossed it back to me hopefully she's not making food with those. Just nasty... needs a Manager not a day care teacher. Thankfully there's other Carl's not far and way better basically just avoid this place.

Last 3 times I've come here and ordered, the price I'm charged is 3 or 4 dollars more than what is posted on the menu. Tonight when I came the menu was not lit up, Normally I could look past this but the employee taking my order was very curt with me. I was the only one in line so it's not as if they were just trying to provide quick service. When I got to the window the employee didn't smile or say a word to me, didn't even repeat my total back to me.

Have been to this location several times and have never been waited on. I see people inside working but they never answer at the drive thru. The sign says they open at 6:30. I was there at 9am today and still didn't get waited on. Tried calling and no one answered. I work in the area and was willing to give them my business but not now. I won't be going back to waste my time. Bad way to run a national chain. If I could I would give 0 stars.
