I loved it. Why? First, the manager or owner (not sure) welcomed us and explained what is on the menu (yes! They have a menu, which you have to get by the door when you come in). She realized that it was our time because we went straight up to the counter; Kudos to the fact that she is paying attention to the customers. Second, the place has a lot of chairs and not very tight, it looks sanitary, and you can tell from the decorations that the owner took his/her time on making the customers feel at home and comfortable while dining. Third, the complimentary water is infused with fruits, there are silverwares, porcelain bowls, and designer cups (of course there are disposables and chopsticks). Fourth, the food was spectacular and the best part was when the manager or owner gave us a complimentary dessert for being a first-timer. She was great, she waited for us to finish our meal and greeted us with dessert. We will definitely come back.
I think I may be addicted to this place! Whether I am craving a healthier alternative to sushi or a healthy sweet treat, Pola Poke Bowls is the answer! I highly recommend stopping in and trying either a poke or an açaí bowl! Pola won’t disappoint!
Wow! Certainly deserving of 5 Stars - If not more. This is one of the most delicious Poke Bowls I have ever had. Let alone one of the best Pacific meals I have had outside the islands and Pacific!
Super fresh feeling, and well worth the price! Great Job and for mentioning first time in - that was the best experience a “customer” could have!! A+ Rating, and a new return friend made!

the food is delicious, you choose the base of the bowl and add the proteins you want, it is very well served and they are very friendly, they also have freshly made lemonade... it is definitely worth it and the price is very good
The best poké we’ve had in Reno! Super fresh and loads of really tasty ingredients. Also the workers were super kind!!!
What a great hole in the wall place. The portions are very generous, and the regular bowl came out to $13 incl tax. Fish was very fresh, and i love that they’re super eco friendly. The offer fruit infused water cups which was delish. They also have a decent size patio area that is dog friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more!
Fantastic. I’ve had poke from coast to coast and in Hawaii and this place is great. Everything was fresh, big portions, nice workers.
This is a very nice little place. 2nd time here. They have a small pet friendly outdoor dining patio. They also have seating indoors, and offer takeout. It was clean, and not busy both times. The staff here are very friendly, and helpful to give suggestions to meet your tastes. The Poke bowls are tasty. The fish and other ingredients tasted fresh. I had a large selection of sauces to choose from. I like how the brown rice tastes. and, they don't overload your bowl with rice . ( you know what I mean) If you check the online menu before coming here, you will be more prepared to order. I also tried the miso soup. It was hot and delicious. Expect to spend $20-25 per person depending on the size of your bowl. This is one of the places I would definitely drive across town and come back to for luch.
The macadamia nut chunks, chopped beets made this bowl really good & unique. Never seen another poke restaurant offer those. The fish is fresh & the online ordering are a bonus. Much prefer being able to select each item from online ordering. The location is also in a nice spot away from crowded shopping malls. If I lived in Reno, I'd come here every day.
