Dunkin'

The food and drink where on point. Made perfect. However, the 3 stars are for the fact that I ordered on the app and chose curb side pick-up (no drive-through at this location) I pulled in and sent my order in on the app. I watched 5 people walk into the store and walk out with food. I know these weren't app orders because I could see through the window where app orders are picked up, and watch one of the five take an order from there, while the others were inside for a few minutes before coming out. After the fifth person came out with food, I decided to not be lazy anymore, and go in and ask where my food was. As I got to the door the staff brought it out. It looked like at the last minute they grabbed it from the pick-up area because they reaiize that was me outside waiting for my food and coming in hot. I would definitely go back to this location if I am in the area but, I'll go inside and order because it seems to work out better.

Asked them to add bacon sausage and egg to my sandwich had to go back three times today because they made it incorrectly and then the last time the young gentleman rolled his eyes at me and told me to check my sandwich to make sure it was done correctly as if that’s my job to do! Go elsewhere if you want your food not be jacked up and then be treated as if it’s your fault for not making the sandwich no accountability my friends
