Chick-fil-a

I’ll typically pickup my mobile order from their location for curbside or drive thru. They staff is always very friendly and efficient, and my orders are delivered accurately every time. One tip is to order for drive thru pickup, and if the line is really long, you can park and change the pickup to curbside. Save yourself some gas (& emissions) by turning the car off and getting your food hand delivered.

This chick- fil- a location is the slowest location I ever been to . The employees are nothing but Teenagers from high school that doesn’t have fast food etiquette. They don’t say your “ pleasure “ they always have a attitude especially the females most of the males . I went this morning the female at the window didn’t say GoodMorning no nothing. This location messes up your order with everything shown on the receipt. I dislike this location with a passion. Most of the times my food is not even fresh ! I will not be returning to this location anymore after today . The employees did it this time & will be the last . I hope you guys hire more adults that have fast food etiquette. I would definitely give this a 0 if I could !

I love the food. But please do better with employees who work outside. I came in line, there were two young ladies outside. The lady that was taking orders in my line appeared to have mistaken work for at school or at a friends house. As I approached her to take my order she was crying laughing (not at me) while talking to the other employee to the point were she seemed to have forgotten I needed my order taken. I had to say “hi” for her to come back to reality and she apologizes then proceeds to take my order. After telling her what I want and having to repeat my self a third time I get to the window just for the drive thru crew to tell me I was only charged one meal. I ordered 4 chick fil a sandwiches one was a meal and all I got was one so after waiting for the young lady in the line to finish laughing so she could take my order then having to repeatedly tell her what I want then finally reaching the window I then have to wait another few minutes in their “VIP” section of the parking lot so they can prepare the rest of my order. There is nothing special or VIP about having to wait for my order that should have been ready for me at the window.

I like Chick-fil,but their price r outrageous. The nuggets r so small u need 20 just 2 make one nugget. The salads r over-rated to b honest I shouldn't say salad I should say the lettuce bowl,bcuz u get more lettuce then anything maybe a nugget or 2. The only thing I was really getting was the Mac n cheese but lately it's been very watery. So from a scale 1-10 I'll give it a 4, n that's only bcuz it allows the employees 2 b off on the holy day (SUNDAY) SO COME ON PPL WE NEED 2 DO BETTER especially with those prices we order an adult meal n we get a happy meal

This location was full of high schoolers yelling and cussing. Employees say nothing to them. Other restaurants in the area dont serve them I dont understand why Chick-fil-A serves students skipping class. Dining room is always dirty the attendant doesn’t clean very well. Should learn from the Owings Mills Locations they are always clean
