Food and service were great. We had a 20 minute wait on a Friday night. Prices were affordable. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was ok.... the sauce has a little kick (spicy). My husband ordered a chicken and sausage dish and he loved it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti sauce was decent, I did not lot like the meatballs at all and I threw them in the trash. All of the staff were working really hard the entire night to accommodate the guests.

Our experience had a bit of a rough start. When we arrived, we waited quite a bit of time to be seated, as the hostess was responsible for taking phone orders as well as taking payment for pick up orders. Seems like maybe they were short staffed for a Friday night? Once we were seated, our birthday celebration dinner was enjoyable. Our service was timely and the food was exceptional. I tried not to eat my whole entrée but it was too good! We plan to dine there again real soon.

The lasagna was good, but I ordered coffee to drink and it had to be three hours old! It had to be the bottom of the pot and the waitress knew it because when I had to ask for a refill (she never offered one), she came back with only a half mug. She only gave me skim milk to add to it (What restaurant doesn't have cream of half and half for coffee?) and you know the coffee is old when you add the whole cream pitcher to a mug of coffee and it barely lightens it. The refill was even nastier since it was now only a half mug left in the pot and heated another half hour. I pointed this out to the waitress and her only response was 'Oh sorry'. I paid $2.65 for a mug and a half of nasty, old coffee! Any restaurant that does serves coffee knows to keep it for a set amount of time then throw out whatever isn't used. It's way better to tell a customer 'we're out of coffee tonight' then to serve some abysmal representation. Most any restaurant that I've been to, the wait staff would say something like, 'we're out, but I'll make you a fresh pot', or something to that effect. If there was a complaint about quality, as I did, then the server would immediately apologize and offer to remove it from the bill. What caused me to right a poor review was the knowledge of the old, bottom-of-the-pot, then actually knowingly serve a poor quality product to a customer, with only an 'Oh sorry' if they noticed.

ordered from this establishment. while most of the food that I ordered was fresh and hot , the pizza was completely cold upon delivery. Had the food been prepared at the same time, It maybe be a different story. I had ordered the lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs and a Margaretta pizza. The lasagna and spaghetti were both piping hot, however lacked in flavor and the pizza was delivered completely cold. I have previously ordered pizza from them and the flavor was amazing upon serving immediately. So i dont think delivery maybe the way to go as the expectation of fast and fresh food becomes less important especially with multiple people ordering. That being said.. The pizza was my first reason for re ordering from this establishment, however the remaining items were subpar at best. the sauce used for both the lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs was lacking flavor for sure.. It maybe my own pallet, but that is part of my review. If I go back to this place I will stick with with the phenomenal pizza and only order it in person and not to go. it is some of the best I have ever had.
