Domino's Pizza

Avoid (seriously). I'm on hour 7 of waiting for my delivery. I ordered at 10:05AM, was order #5, and their order tracker is still on stage 1. A single person could literally make and deliver pizzas faster taking the bus. The phone rings endlessly and nobody every picks up. I'm pretty sure there's no pizza at this store and it's just a front for some money laundering or something. That would at least be more exciting.

Pickup took over an hour. I got to the store and there was one poor guy all by himself trying to keep it together. Miles took good care of the weary customers in the store and tried his best to keep up with the orders. Shortstaffing seems to be a common theme in the reviews. The food I've had from this location has been good every time, but they clearly could use some more support/staff. Be kind to the people working here and they'll take care of you.

Ordered from here a few days ago online for pickup. When I went to pick up the order, Domino's was closed due to a power outage in the shopping center. No big deal. It happens. Found out a few days later that they still charged my credit card. I went back to the store and asked told them what happened...the manager on duty apologized, and said we can refund or give you store credit under your phone number. I took credit. The next day I called for dinner and wanted to use my credit, the person taking my order was a different manager. I gave her my phone number, and she told me there was no store credit under my name/number. Thanks, Dominos.

I was very impressed with how quick and smooth things were tonight being it is a Friday after 8 on a nice day. The team did a good job-the food was hot and great, the food came in perfect timing, and Rashard the delivery driver was very professional and friendly. This location has had its ups and downs but I still say to give them a chance b/c they are the only dominos in the area and they are trying the best they can.

So I visited this location on may 23 2022 and if I had not met the guy Miles inside I wouldn’t have stayed for my order. One person running the entire store from phone, online, and walk-in orders single handedly, he had the upmost positive attitude in a very stressful situation. He dealt with each customer on a personal level. I greatly appreciate his patience. Whatever Dominos is paying him, I’m sure it isn’t enough to take on at least three roles at once. Definition of over worked and underpaid. Honestly, in his position, I would have closed the whole store down. Again, Miles I truly appreciate people like you in this world. Dominos do better.

It's been an hour Plus.. I live 1 mile away. Food not here yet. Unless im shocked this time, the food will be mediocre and possibly an incorrect order (in not receiving a salid, was told after I ore ordered went to pick up, they ran out. Should've ven called as had a faculty waiting f ou r a meal. Noit sure what brings me back, albeit infrequently. Order sat for 15 min and a 20 min qyalitycheck. Just sayin .... all facts!
