Dunkin'

To be honest, the place isn’t the cleanest and you can feel the workers’ frustration working there. However, when I do order, they always come through. One time, somebody took my order before I got there and when I asked the worker where my order was, he immediately made me a new one. They even give me extra munchkins which is always great even if they can be flat and dry sometimes, which does not only happen at this location. When I order bagels, they always put a lot of cream cheese and the lattes are good. Overall, I do trust this place more than the other locations around the area, but they can do better. By the way, they have a new self-order kiosk in the store!

I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and honestly this is about the only dunkin that makes my Carmel latte right. Some other ones give you what seems to be the bottom of the coffee grains and barely fill your cup up. Usually I order ahead and it's always ready. The workers do seem to be short staffed at times and have to deal with some rude customers but they handle themselves well.

Good coffee. Good breakfast on the go. I always order from the app and then stop by, pick it up and get on the train. One day their latte machine broke down and they offered me a medium espresso coffee with French vanilla which was just as good and they gave me a donut to make up the difference in price. Good customer service.
