Mcdonald's

We waited 30 minutes for spicy nuggets and fries. The people ahead of me had been waiting 45 minutes for their order and there was food sitting on the counter that belonged to the people ahead of them. It was just sitting there for 20 minutes no number called out the ice drink steady melting and the food getting cold. When the guy asked if that was his order the girl looked at him and said I don't know and walked away. I called to the back area twice and kept waving to which most the employees looked at me and then looked away like I didn't exist. Finally at 45 minutes after we had ordered. I saw the manager that was frantic and I asked for a refund. She kept apologizing but that didn't help my hungry grand daughter. The people who's food was just sitting there took the opportunity to ask the manager if that was theirs and she looked at his receipt looked at the items and said yes. She ten handed me my money back. We left! Ridiculous fast food taking over 45 minutes after ordered and then if it is ready nobody telling the person that purchased it so they can eat it at a decent temp! Ridiculous! If there was any way to give negative stars I would.

The staff here in Drive Thru are always friendly and helpful. They rarely make mistakes with the orders, and when they do they are very apologetic and take care of the mistake. I love coming here for breakfast before work when I don't have time for something else, because I always get through in a timely manner and with good customer service.

I have grown up always loving McDonald’s, but today when I went there it was a different experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a McDouble. I noticed that I felt a little sick soon after eating my meal. As the hours went on, I took a nap hoping it would ease my stomach pain, but it didn’t. I am now at the point where I have puked multiple times today, due to the food that was served there. I will not be coming back, nor will I ever eat at a McDonald’s again. Quite the horrible experience if you ask me.

Well two times in a row you guys have messed up my order it's simple I just don't want mayonnaise on anything but yet you continue to put it on there there were two people in the Drive-Thru I know you're understaffed but there were two people in the drive thru so maybe if you guys really want to get a raise you do your job better
