The Jersey Mike's in Redding has severely gone down hill. Everytime I go in there are new employees who don't stick around, the same old rude manager is there, prices have gone up, while quality of food has dropped. There are much better options in Redding, including subway! Steer clear at all costs!

Very poor service. First time going and didnt know the menu. I got eye rolls and impaitence from the staff. No smiles at all. Staff watching phones in the back turned up. Wont be back for sure going to sprouts next time.

Great food, made super fast! I love the freshness of thier food and really like their Hot Cheese Steak sandwiches best. Have never had bad service or bad food here. Keep it up guys

Worst wrap ever! Hardly any meat, no cheese, all lettuce. How is this a good place to eat? VERY disappointed, especially after locals said it was a great sandwich spot. I suggest going to your local SAFEWAY or even HOLIDAY MARKET, you get the same fresh products BUT MORE OF THE ACTUAL MEATS & CHEESE without the big lines.

First time there and found the menu a little limited, after deciding on something I wasn't very excited about I ordered the Italian sandwich on a Rosemary Cheese roll. I was able to watch the sandwich being made with the normal condiments that they offer with each sandwich and I added Banana Peppers to it. Honestly it didn't even look that impressive at the time....but when I took a bite I was more than surprised at how tasty it actually was. Yup, I'll be returning for the exact same sandwich. I loved it!

Went there last Sunday. Colton and the crew working that night were great. Very friendly and great customer service. They all interacted with our kids and my 9 year old wants to work there. Sandwiches were all delicious. Will be coming back.
