Denny's

I had a delicious breakfast 👌 yummy to the tummy 😋. I had eggs cooked exactly the way I wanted. Kudos to the cook. Sausages and hash browns (made correctly). And the best Buttermilk pancakes. So if you're visiting Redding CA stop by either of the two Denny's we have. I ate at the one next to the Del Taco. A shout out to the staff for being friendly and courteous.😘. Again to the cook or chefs delicious 😋👌

I love this place every time I go. My last visit, however not good. After finally getting to order, I watched as the restaurant cleared out. Upon asking, I was informed that our order never made it to the cook. Two hungry bored kids waiting for over an hour. The head waitress did her best to make it up to us, and the young lady who didn't turn in our order began apologizing. One mistake and a rather big one won't keep me away just yet..

To start with, the air conditioning wasn't working on a warm day. Next my son ordered chicken wings with celery and there wasn't any celery served. The server told she never knew that celery was served with the dish when it was clearly written in the menu. Finally, the restrooms were stinking which made the overall experience very unpleasant.

The service was okay the food was all right very expensive compared to what I would expect Denny's to be and management runs around looking very sloppy instead of being in a uniform but other than that the experience was all right once she brought us food which appetizer breakfast everything came all at one time the food was fine but then she left and didn't return until it was time to drop off the check so not very attentive to us and our needs I used to be a server and I was taught that tips stands for 2 Ensure proper service and if you don't get that then you don't leave a tip I left 10% instead of my normal 25% for her tip and as I said management was dressed very sloppy normal Street closed her hair was unkempt she look like she had just gotten up and rolled out of bed at just to come to work with no prep time

Just phoned in and picked up our order whilst having to eat in the car. On the road and start passing out the food, the kid’s slams didn’t have eggs… call to ask for an adjustment, rudely told nothing could be done as there was no manager until Thursday while trying to back handedly shift blame about items THEY forgot to put in the to go bag.. Pretty awful and lazy customer service, any option are better options..
