My son and my daughter-in-law took me here for my birthday. It was easily one of the nicest restaurants that have visited since moving to Redding.
I started with a Bloody Mary which was pretty good but nothing special. My daughter-in-law ordered a non-alcholic fruity cocktail that was served bubbling due to some dried ice. We shared the mushroom stuffed with escargo and it was excellent.
All of our entrees were excellent and worth the price. The service was pretty good but our waitress talked loudly which was not fitting for such a sophisticated, quiet restaurant. I received a birthday dessert which included more dried ice. All in all a very nice place. I think that I will come back and try the lounge.

Started with drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. The atmosphere was welcoming and they had the NFL game on. The bar tender was very nice and made a great eggnog. The staff communicated well with each other. We were allowed to finish our drinks before we were seated. The dining room is cozy and a perfect romantic spot. Our waitress was nice and made sure to check on us periodically, when our mouths were not full (ya'll know what I'm talking about). Our finished dishes were promptly removed from the table and we didn't have to wait long between courses. They made sure not to overload us with food and waited until we were finished with the previous course before serving the next. The food was delicious especially the salmon. Overall it was a great experience.

I've been there a couple times, not in any hurry to go back. Food was good, the service was terrible. Took over 30 minutes to take our order, then 45 minutes to get our salads. It was busy, and we did have a reservation. So, all in all, not there best experience. Loud and dark, maybe that's the new romantic??! Probably better choices.. Bring back the Shack ;)

John our server was amazing and our Rib Eye dinner was absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere and great specialty drinks. Couldn't have wished for a better place to have our anniversary dinner at.

An early, light dinner with my love. A few appetizers were efficient for the evening. Very tasty and delightful morsels, well seasoned and full of flavor. A fairly quiet dining area made our visit easier and more enjoyable. The very attentive staff were helpful and able to answer any questions we had and accommodate us accordingly.

Just went the clearie's to celebrate my 60th birthday and all I can say is amazing. I had the seared duck and my husband Tony had the prime rib. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Looking forward to going back

Best Crab Cakes I've Ever Tasted! I also had a lobster dish and the lobster was overcooked and sauce was a bit bland. So, they don't get 5 stars but service and food all around was worth the experience.

Love the Shrimp Louis Salad!!! It is GINORMOUS! The bartenders are friendly, make great drinks and service is excellent. Will continue to frequent this lovely gem!
