From The Hearth Cafe

Disclaimer...it’s a bit pricey. That being said, it’s well worth it! The employees were so kind, welcoming and helpful! Everyone had a great attitude and energy and the location had an open, relaxing design and is very spacious. My friend and I tried this place on our way down from Santa Rosa and we did not expect it to be so wonderful! I definitely think this should be for a nice breakfast or lunch but I feel so bad that we ate quickly and hopped back on the road. Definitely try it out if you want a bougie, delicious meal made with love.

My favorite absolute favorite meal from The Hearth is grilled cheese sandwich and a chicken pot pie bowl of soup. I have that at least once to twice a week at least. The other favorite dish I have at from The Hearth is there French dip sandwich which is actually steak. All of their dishes are good I just have two in particular that I love. All of their servers all of their chefs they're all extremely talented and capable of making sure you're getting the highest quality food. And it's right down the street from my home.

Picked up the Cafe Wrap- spinach wrap with turkey, bacon, avocado, fresh tomato, red onion and fresh greens. The best wrap that I have ever had. Abundant amount of everything. Had their Kettle Chips, we’re also amazing. This will be a regular stop when we are traveling home from visiting family in The Bay Area!!!

Found this gem our first day in Redding (on a trip) - we could have happily eaten here every meal. We had lunch the first day, and swung back by on our way out of town for desserts to take home. The lunch we had was awesome, and we loved siting out back. The treats we took home were a hit, and boy, did the breakfast options they were cooking smell good! Conveniently located off the freeway, this will be my Go To place when heading to Oregon from now on.

Stopped in at From the Hearth Kitchen on College View, for breakfast, after a nice morning walk. I ordered the pastrami breakfast bowl. I have to say, it was very good and the portion was just right. The others in my group enjoyed their breakfast, as well. I would have taken pictures, but we just drove right in, as soon as we got the food to the table.

Honestly, I loved the desserts more than I liked the savory food lol. I ordered the pesto Benedict and my partner got the chilaquiles. We've both never had chilaquiles that were still crunchy and cold before, but it was still good and had lots of flavor. For dessert, I got the maple cream filled cronuts (croissant + donut) and the Neapolitan cookie. The corona was absolutely delicious but the Neapolitan cookie was a bit too sweet for me.
