Arby's

Arby's is always a great choice for some really good sandwiches. Nothing can beat the Classic Beef and Chedder for me ! This time around I decided to try their Crispy Fish Sandwich. All I can say is " Excellent "! It keeps up with it's name, " Crispy ". Lots of flavor and great taste. Now, enough about the food, which we know is great ! If you have the time, be ready for a wait. We went through the drive thru, in my opinion, way to slow. The girl at the window was sweet, but I don't think I'll be going through the drive thru anymore. Just hope inside is not as slow !

I wish they would slice the roast beef into THIN slices like always.. Don't change things up and slice it into thicker slices, it's not good like that.. Felt like I was eating a thick sliced piece of brisket.. Roast beef is suppose to be thin shaved.. Won't be doing that again.. when they are doing good, Arby's done gone and messed up a good thing.

This is one of my favorite spots in Red Oak. The Salted Caramel Cookies are always warm and delicious. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are lots of young people working every time I go and they always go above and beyond with excellent customer service. The parking area is clean. I highly recommend the sweet potato waffle fries too.

We love Arby's! It's sad that Waxahachie doesn't have one anymore so we rarely get to have it. Luckily we we're in Red Oak today and I remembered there was one on Ovilla Rd. As soon as we walked in it smelled like sewage. I hope they get that fixed soon. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. I tried the Bacon Beef N' Cheddar which was great! I added some Spicy Three Pepper sauce which was more sweet than spicy but tasted good. Over all impressed with this location but again I hope they fix that smell!

1/31/2022 evening was horrible. First the wait was extremely long and when I got to the window they had no idea what I had ordered and had to take it again. Then another long wait for the food. And then they say they can't give me a receipt!!! And they let me drive off without drinks. I had to drive back around a very long line took 5 mins to get her attention with the help of the person at the window - she was standing there at the window!!!! She brought them out to me and I discovered they were wrong. I had ordered 2 Dr Peppers we got some kind of diet drink but I wasn't going back again. And NOT one time did she say "I'm so sorry for the wait" not even an normal Thank you. We will NOT go back to this Arbys.
