Not the best whataburger I've been to. The more down south are better. I even went during lunch hour. Meat was dry(looking for my burger to have some grease) and fries were old. Was food as I was hungry but not satisfied.

I'm not sure what's going on with the staff. There were 2 lines. Everybody in right lane was just sitting while the line closest to window moved freely. I ordered a #2 w/no onions & no tomatoes. Arrived at window she named someone else's order, I corrected her. She said Oh you ordered JUST a #2? I said yea. Within maybe 4 minutes another chick hands me my food. I was hoping no one was mad at me but I don't know how long everybody else been sitting in that right lane. I know I passed up 4 cars. But...there appeared to be plenty of workers in there. Not sure what's the problem these days with fast food service. Oh yea....my sandwich was full of onions and 3 plump tomatoes 😤

Ordered online for pickup, they were out of half of the items we ordered. Instead of telling us this when we picked up, they just gave us the burger and tried to walk away. When we asked where our shake and onion rings were, she just said "we're out." I told her we would like something as replacement since we paid for it. The fries were fresh and good, but the burger made my husband sick the rest of the night. I'll be driving the extra mile to DeSoto from now on.

Food is great always hot but the name needs to be changed to slow burger. This location is the slowest I've ever seen. I sat in line40 min one evening. Finally I pulled out of line drove 6 min. down the road to anther Whataburger and there was 6 cars ahead of me and they served those 6 cars and myself in 15 min. The other store had 6 cars ahead of me and couldn't serve them in a timely manner. Will not be back to this location

I ordered my food at 452pm, got to the window at 503pm. I checked before I drove off, my order was missing fresh fries that I ordered & the coke was terrible. The cashier apologized & brought a bag of fries that weren’t fresh, I brought it to his attention he then took a fry from the bag to taste it while I had it in my hand. He told me the coke was out (then why give it to customers), that was resolved with another drink. He told me I had to wait 2min for fresh fries & to pull up at 510pm, at 520pm the fries were handed to me. I requested to speak to a manager & they said he was busy.

I normally don't really have a problem with this Whataburger however my orders been wrong several times over the last month and even one night I ordered the hatch chili burger and they went to make it in 20 minutes later and I'm not exaggerating it was literally 21 minutes later actually the guy comes over and tells me we don't have that burger can I order something else so I ordered something else and it was actually $3 less than what I had ordered and he didn't even offer me my change back or anything the line was so long and everybody was scrambling to make orders and they were all confused in there like they didn't know what they were doing I just left.. I still have the receipt for that order because I had planned on going back and talking to the manager but I think the manager was one of the people that was losing their mind that evening!

Probably a 3.5 but food changes were made correctly, which Whataburgers usually mess up, so they get 4 stars.
Negatives: I used the app and entered about 15 minutes after ordering, which was 5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There's a sign that says online order pickup but nobody servicing that line so you have to wait in the ordering line. Unfortunately they were training someone so the line took forever. By the time I got to the counter it had been 25 min since placing the order. Guess what? Food still wasn't ready so I still had to wait almost 10 more minutes. What's the purpose of placing an online order (and paying ahead of time) if you've got to wait in line and wait for it to be made AFTER you show up? 35 minutes it took to get the food - I might as well have just waited in the drive thru.
Positives: the new southern burger is tasty and the sides were piping hot since I had to wait for them to be made. The changes I made in the app were actually followed, which isn't usually the case for Whataburgers.

It took thirty minutes to get my food from the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous since I was able to place my order within five minutes of getting there. It just took 25 minutes to make it. I thought whataburger was supposed to be considered "fast" food.
