It was our first time and the food was amazing as well as the service. I had the halibut and my boyfriend had the ribeye, they were both perfect. And as if it wasn’t enough we had cow pie for dessert!! Delicious !! Great place if you don’t mind paying a bit more.
OMG - can't say enough good things about Carbon County Steakhouse!!! Wonderful atmosphere, awesome wine list, great service and delicious dinner!!! We had the mushrooms from the appetizer menu and the Shrimp & peas on fettuccine with a white sauce.....and the salad was so fresh & tasty with their house vinaigrette dressing. Our server, Cortney, did a GREAT JOB 😊
Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful building, and amazing food! Could it get any better then this? Yes pumpkin spice creme brulee! I love this place. When I come back to Red Lodge I'll have to come back!!!
I had dinner here with a buddy. We had Ribeye medium rare and Bison Meatballs. All delicious and the bartender/server Tim I believe from South Dakota originally was a great guy!! Highly recommend checking this place out.

This restaurant was perfect for a small or large group of adults. With a Mezzanine room upstairs it was quite a quaint and wonderful atmosphere. We were in a party of 8 and were seated early, though they were booked solid ( we had to make a reservation in advance) and the service was phenomenal along with delicious, hot and timely food even during the very busy Ski Jorning weekend. I recommend trying the Maple vinegar dressing if you choose the rather spendy ($6) side salad. Was a wonderful time with a cozy table in front of the very large fireplace.
Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Tim was a gem in front providing excellent drinks while we waited for our table. Hostess added good humor. Allison was exemplary as our waitress. It was the best steak I've had in years along with a trio of desserts that all deserve their own paragraphs. We will be coming back again and again.
We drove from Texas to try this amazing steak as part of our travels in the area, based on one of our friends recommendations. He’d said it was the best steak he’d ever had, but we had to get the coffee sauce with it. So we did, and he was right, it was so delicious. Definitely a worthwhile side trip.

Very nice ambiance and friendly service. The blackberry alcoholic beverage was refreshing. We enjoyed a crab cake appetizer, highly recommend! I had the bison ravioli that was tasty and filling.
