Hardee's

Long wait times and food is sub-par. Even when you sit waiting for 10+ minutes, somehow the burgers are often room temperature... That's a special talent! Their breakfast biscuits have a bitterness in the center on the bottom. No idea what it is. It tastes like vinegar! The only reason I'm giving the one star (aside from not being allowed to give zero!) is because of the new cinnamon rolls. They are actually delicious when they're fresh.

NASTY! Parking lot, inside restaurant, and employees were NASTY! After waiting longer than we should have for our OVER MICROWAVED FOOD. The orders were still NOT right and employees could have cared less. Apparently serving FREE food to employee friends and families is more important than cleaning the restaurant and serving paying customers. Wish I could RATE them a NEGATIVE 5. We will NOT be going to HARDEES again!!! They are getting 1 star because it doesn't go NEGATIVE!

I had not been in over two years because of poor rude service.Took forever for someone to take my order inside.Once I sat down to eat the girl said the dinner room was close.Lock the door if you are under staffed. I should have went to Jack's where the service is always friendly.I will not be back to the Red Back location.

Best ever, if you're into long lines both inside and in the drive through, having your food shoved into the smallest bag possible to assure they are all smashed together, employees who shout how they can't handle all these people in line, and bringing your food home to realize some of it has been left out, and this is not a one time thing. This location is at least good at one thing, consistency.... consistency poor service. And yes, it came out of the bag just like this.

We visited this location on 9-3-20 around 9am. When we pulled up to have our order taken not only was the order taker rude but rushed us through our order. The older woman at the window who took our money was very sweet but when we gave her our coupon and she turned to who I can only assume is her manager and asked her to put it in she refused and told us we had to use it next time because we didn't tell her at the drive thru, but we weren't even given the chance to do so. Food wasnt awful but customer service from your management needs a lot of work.
