Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mike's. Been a regular at this Red Bank location for years. 4 out of 5 stars not because workers don't know my regular orders, but because I've been pressured or hassled out this evening at 8:30 when the business on this occasion was open until 9. A worker at this establishment exclaimed they needed 15 minutes for cleaning, pressuring me to get out before 9, when I evidently had a half hour to eat my sandwich, and eating a sub (as delicious as they are) doesn't take half an hour. Granted, this is one rude and inconsiderate employee who should not reflect entirely upon the Jersey Mike's experience, but it is enough for me to write a review after being a very loyal customer for many years. While writing this review, eating my sub took less than 15 minutes. I am a repeat customer, so Jersey Mike's will certainly keep my business, but this disgruntled employee does make for a sour note at the beginning of the New Year.

The JM's in Shrewsbury needs to be responsive to customers. They don't answer their phones (an employee today confirmed that). Our four past orders were incorrect. Asked for whole wheat on three different occassions; got white bread; Our last order we received someone else's lunch. Apparently the staff is too busy to listen to the customers to get the order correct.

I am a veteran and belong to a group that helps veterans with treatment. Me and a few peers went to the shop today and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and pleased .... excellent service and outstanding food .... everything was fresh and it was a nice atmosphere for dining..... this was my first experience with Jersey Mike's and I was very happy I chose to dine with them.... thank you from all of us at Dayton village

I was in the mood for a good sandwich, really hungry. I never realized there was in red bank, very cool. I ordered the Big Kahuna chicken cheese steak ( peppers, onions, mushrooms, jalapeno, & extra cheese). So very good, the jalapeno give it just enough kick, yummy. Very good service, definitely worth stopping in.😁👏

Visited this Jersey Mike's Subs yesterday 4/19/19 around 10:40am while in the area. The young lady who processed my payment, and the tall fella who prepared my sub order were both amazing people! They had amazing energy that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Of course I am also giving this place 5 stars because the Philly Cheese Steak I ordered was so good I practically inhaled it! :D This place is definitely recommended.
