EXPECT extremely small portions!!! Beware you will overpay for 4 oz of protein!!
The Saturday/Sunday afternoon individual who is responsible for serving protein is an abomination. He serves less then a spoon of any desired protein, so you have to order extra, then, when you order extra, he gives half a spoonful, you pay for extra just to get the normal serving size. Terrible!!!! He’s also afraid to wrap burritos so don’t even bother! Honestly stay away at all costs on the weekend, you will not get your moneys worth, you’ll overpay for a small meal and incompentence !!! What a terrible experience

I happen to love Chipotle. The employees were so nice. The food was good, but it was also pretty cold. The place was kinda messy. They seem under staffed.

The staff is beyond incompetent. I showed up for lunch on a Monday afternoon (place was nearly empty) but it took 30 minutes for them to make me a burrito. None of the employees were wearing gloves. As soon as I bite into the burrito I spit out a huge pink finger nail. Gross! Because of this experience I will never eat at any Chipotle location again.

I order from the chipotle app and my order was never delivered. I was never notified and when I try to get in contact with support it took me at least an hour to get through to them so that I could have my money returned to my debit card. The same chipotle restaurant on my last order did not give me the items I payed for.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, unless the experience was so awful that I have to. But I went with my family and stood in the line to only be told chicken is out the wait is 20 mins and I would have to get back on line if I wanted it again. So we just got our kids meal. And they then served the chicken to customers online asmy wife completed the purchase. I had made an order online so I could sit with my family while I wait and combined to the manager Darissa who said wait was shorter and I can cut but expected me to tell the line of customers. I told her I had an online order she said ok and left me. Then the order took an additional 25 mins with me standing and waiting and the manager just snickering at me. Unfortunately very childish.

Only got what amounts to half an order. And they forgot the salsa for the chips. Never ordering from here again. The fact that they do this when you order online versus being in the restaurant is just scummy in my book. Never again.
