We loved everything about it. My wife, my daughter and her husband and I dined here on Saturday March 15th. Everything about it was great! We enjoyed the bar service and chatting with Sir Andrew; he was most amusing and entertaining. At the table my daughter ordered the fish special, which was delicious, and the rest of us ordered the Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding. This was more than we could eat in one meal, but was absolutely a delight; so was the rice pudding we had to follow. The service was excellent, the surroundings were just like an English Pub/Restaurant and the food was great. If you get a chance to go here - do not hesitate. You will enjoy!

Family Reunion, Serving Perfection. Never been here before, or known anyone who has been here. Chose this place because of internet research, reviews.

I called in reservations for Wed. evening, the hostess was charming, and got it right.
This is a Faux English, Tudor style restaurant. Done old school, lots of crockery, paintings and brass. LOVED it!
I lived in England. They do Faux Old England there as well!
Friendly, and professional, it's obvious the staff enjoy working here. Most of the clientele were old, well heeled white men. Everyone was treated graciously.
Menu somewhat limited. No apps. few dessert choices.
Come here for a cocktail, and prime rib. We took our time and enjoyed every minute.

Best dish ordered..probably my sisters pot roast with potato pancakes. Outstanding!
I had the King's prime rib, and was not disappointed.
The Yorkshire pudding though, was overcooked, dry, tough.
Rice pudding was huge, but not great. Rice undercooked. Bland.
Overall, everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Our waitress showed us the table where Frank Sinatra & crew sat when they visited. Right next to the beautiful fireplace. Too Cool!

What an amazing place! Service is extremely welcoming and nice! Food was amazing and fresh. We took the famous short rib, and were treated to table side salad and warm tasty bread. A lovely place, that transports you to old London. An amazing team that will help you as best as possible. A must go place!
Excellent restaurant and service. Our waiter Eugene was beyond excellent. He was friendly and helpful with recommendations and took pictures of us. The owner told us stories about movie stars that frequented the restaurant. Prime rib and Yorkshire pudding were so delicious. Wish we lived here so we could enjoy some of the other food choices.

Great, great place. From the friendly and welcoming hostess to the great wait staff. It was my wife's birthday and they treated us well. I had the beef ribs, just mouth watering delicious. Very generous order of which I took some home. 8 ribs in total. Desert of rice pudding with fresh raspberries was delicious and very splitable by 2 people. Michael Fletcher gave my wife a very lovely birthday present, and we will be back again and again
There is always exceptional service here. The food is excellent. Always prepared exactly as ordered and is served quickly. Good drink selections, but not a huge selection to choose from. I haven't had a bad dish off the menu so far. Try the prime rib!
This is a place that I have to stop at every time I am in Palm Dessert. The staff and service are always impeccable. The attire has become more lax in recent years but I would still advise on wearing collared shirts and nice jeans.
If you go, when you call for reservations, request at least 1 order of beef ribs. They are the main attraction and if you don't request them, they will be sold out. The ribs are smoked and then grilled. They are tender, tangy, and smokey. They almost fall off the bone and never disappoint.
Every year we visit, the staff is on point and ready to join the fun. We all love the prime rib and yorkshire pudding. Each waiter and waitress will make your group feel welcome and a part of the family. Join us!
Atmosphere was old school cool, the service was excellent, the food was excellent, the drinks were great, the onion rings that aren't on the menu but should be were excellent. My wife and I will definitely be doing date night here again soon.
Step back in time, then waddle back out. This place is delicious and I dare you not to over indulge! Steaks and steins, beef wellington and pot pies! Classical dishes and a wonderful and whimsical ambiance! This is a great spot to come by on your Coachella Vally trip.
I had been curious about this place for a long time and was so happy I finally tried it out. The old school British vibe and friendly staff made for a fun and delightful meal and experience. The delicious fresh, warm sourdoe bread kept coming out loaf after loaf, we consumed more than I would like to admit. The food was very good (our party had the whitefish, rack of lamb and scampi and everyone liked their meals) and the owner Michael even came by and offered us a glass of wine and gave us us desert on the house. He was a really nice guy who knows his wines and knows how to treat customers right. This is a place I look forward to coming back to and encourage all who like these types of places to give it a try. Long live Lord Fletcher's.
