Went for Sunday brunch. Selection was great, server even brought me albondigas soup even though it wasn’t on the brunch. My wife thought the prime rib was perfect. I had 3 different kinds of tacos and I think i liked the ground beef the best.

YUMMY MEXICAN CUISINE… I’ve been to tapas Casuelas Nuevas since I was little with my family and we always enjoy the delicious food! In my most recent visit I ordered the Poblano Mole Enchiladas and they’re so tasty, my favorite meal I’ve had! You can’t go wrong with any of the food here as it’s fresh and the kitchen takes there time to prepare it and show maximum effort. I love that every time I come the food is NEVER just thrown together, it’s always quality food and very satisfying! The staff is also friendly and attentive which is essential for such a large restaurant. This location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, alcoholic beverages, and is family friendly! I recommend bringing big groups too! If not, that’s totally fine because this restaurant is very relaxing and calming. Come on over you need to try this!

This place is great! Wonderful ambiance accompanied by great food and helpful employees. It was so good that we went back multiple times on our vacation. The two servers we had - Ivan and Mauricio were both great and very friendly. Now the food - upscale Mexican food - the taco's and tamales were packed with chicken. Beans and rice were very tasty as well. Chips and salsa were fantastic (couldn't stop eating them). I'm getting hungry again for their food just writing about the experience. Oh, picture of the taco plate - I couldn't wait - took a pic after taking a bite.

My wife and I were hesitant to try this place because we typically prefer the hole in the wall type Mexican restaurants, but we were pleasantly surprised. They give the tables a lot of chips and salsa. The salsa had a lot of flavor. Our meals were amazing. The atmosphere was incredible. It felt like we were in Mexico. The service was excellent. The only negative was that they do not offer to go cups for juice. My kids didn't drink much of their juice and never got a refill, but they would not allow them to take their drinks. Overall, it was a good experience, and We Will Be Back.

This place was amazing! If you like Mexican good and love margaritas, you must come here. The entire restaurant indoors and outdoors is huge, but it doesn’t feel that way because of its layout and decor. We sat inside but in an area that was like we were sitting in the middle of an outdoor square. The margaritas were the best I’ve ever had - definitely recommend getting their house margarita as it’s their award winning recipe. Large size it for a fishbowl sized wine glass! We got the Mexican salad and we’re so happy we did. It was very flavourful and fresh. The tortilla soup which was extremely tasty. And one of their plates: the Cancún. Also recommend doing a plate if you can’t decide what to order because you want everything. This came with 1 chicken taco, 1 chicken enchilada, 1 chicken stuffed poblano pepper, and refried beans and seasoned rice. The chicken taco was just plain, we added hot sauce to it, but everything else was phenomenal. We split the salad and plate between two of us and still could t finish it all.

Incredibly large Mexican restaurant with authentic cuisine. Enjoyed a great margarita with casual eats on a beautiful patio. Definitely can accommodate large groups.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. From the time you walk in the door , to be greeted and seated , from getting drink and food orders taken, this place is top shelf. I have been to this location quite a few times and sat inside and outside on the patio. I strongly suggest the patio for your dining. It's just so comfortable and the Mexican feel just pours out. The drinks are always made to perfection and always taste amazing. Hahaha. Then the food is spectacular. Absolutely love the mixed dishes where you can order so you can try different foods. The service is always very professional and very welcoming. I highly recommend this location for small intimate dinners , small groups or large family suppers. And to be totally honest, I only prefer this location to the other one in the valley.

Las Casuelas Nuevas is one of our favorites and is a go-to every time we are in town. The service is great, the margs are strong and the food is delicious. We love the creamy guacamole and the flautas. The patio is one of my favorite atmospheres in the desert. Highly recommend!!

This is an awesome establishment. We sat outside on their patio, which was a flowing and nicely separated the tables. Service was great. Sal was very friendly and focused on making our dining experience awesome. He knew the menu well and had yummy recommendations. We look forward to returning again!

First time eating at Las Casuelas. There are options for eating inside or outside. We started off with fish bowl size margaritas, which were great, and they have many choices. The chips and salsa were very good. We had the tableside quacamole, which was delicious. The shrimp ceviches was great. We ordered combination fajitas (fish and steak), enchiladas-chicken mole, and suizas. The enchilada plates were delicious. The fajitas is where I was let down. There was a decent chunk of fish on the hot plate but very little steak. The portion of the overall fajitas was small. It was served with a small cup of beans, which were watery. The vegetables were broccoli and carrots, which I didn't care for with bell peppers and onions. I have had better combination fajitas at chain restaurants. This wouldn't stop me from eating there again, but I know what I would not be ordering next time. We had a great time and the service was excellent.

Las Casuelas is known for its historical significance and great food. I am equally impressed with the atmosphere and architecture. The main dining area is reminiscent of an early California mission chapel. The attention to detail and craftsmanship puts one in awe of whomever built this restaurant. The patio area seems to go forever. It is so cozy and inviting, and again, reminiscent of a California mission. That aside, the food is so flavorful and authentic. The servings are robust and presented beautifully. Each of the Las Casuelas restaurants have their own individual charm, but this location by far is my personal favorite. Thank you, Lalo, for your warm, personal service.
