We came for my daughter's birthday and might I say this was the best decision. The food was delicious and our server Rosie was amazing. She went above and beyond with great customer service. She was on top of everything. They even sang happy birthday and put a candle on her ice cream. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a great family dinner. Jessie was our server and was very accommodating. This historic place has been beautifully kept and is a great place to bring large parties to dine. Is located in the Gaslamp Quarter and you need to prepare for parking in a nearby area then walking to get to the restaurant. The likelihood of finding a parking spot in front of the restaurant is slim. Made a reservation for our party on the website. This is a child & family friendly place.

We dropped by for a late lunch after reading the amazing reviews and were very impressed with the ambience, service and food! We are vegetarian and the spaghetti and ravioli were amazing. The ice cream at the end was equally great. Bread and drinks were also great. Loved the old school ambience as well. Overall great place to try out.

Italian food done right! From the quirky decor and atmosphere to the delicious food, you definitely find a lot to talk about here. The chicken Parmesan and spaghetti were cooked perfectly; the chicken was juicy and full of flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly, al dente. Meal comes with a side salad; super crunchy and delicious ranch dressing too. The staff here are really friendly and the service was well timed, just the right amount of attentive. Can't wait to come back here to try some of the other tasty looking dishes.

Really great Italian place with your typical dishes that emulate the “authentic” taste as much as it can for not being a super expensive spot or from Vatican City itself. The interior is nicely decorated and is the typical Italianesque design style. There are dozens of seating options both indoor and outdoor and plenty of stalls in the restrooms. The Spinach and Cheese Ravioli is always a reliable option as the meal comes with a soup/salad + dish + desert (choice of vanilla, chocolate, or spumoni) for ~$20. Each plate is around $20 but of course you have more expensive options. Only 4 stars because it’s not “WOW best Italian food ever” but it is great for what it is. I visit here often with my family and it amounts to around $100 each time for four people when we order 3 dishes + 2 sodas + cheese breadsticks (which I HIGHLY recommend as appetizer!) Definitely visit for good food and a nice ambiance!

We visited in the late afternoon and made a reservation prior to arriving. We were seated promptly and welcomed by an extremely friendly server. Rosie. We were a party of 8 and she was FANTASTIC! She was so attentive, constantly refilling our drinks and clearing plates. The salads were fresh and the bread warm out of the oven. All menu items were hearty portions and full of flavor. The spumoni at the end of the meal is always delightful. Highly recommend this location!

First time here. We were at the cheesecake factory across the street but they had a 1 hour waiting time so me and my wife came to the old spaghetti factory and were assigned a seat within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also the food was delicious and very well served. I highly recommend this place.

This place is absolutely delicious. They have a three course meal for a great price. The service here was great, server never left my table with empty drinks and always asked if we wanted more bread without us asking. If you have never been to this location ask to sit in the train. It will add to the experience.
