Jamba Juice

Not very happy when I’m arrived to get a smoothie that they were on a “30 minute” break and closed. As it is this location has reduced their hours and now closing at times during the only hours they are open. This Jamba is the closest to my house unfortunately and it’s been a very long day for me and I did not want to drive further for a smoothie. This to me is just unacceptable!! I just wanted my smoothie which is my dinner and go back home to bed but now I have to wait. Actually, I have been here for more than 30 minutes now and they still are not open. I called 25minutes ago and the girl told me to give them 15 minutes!!! I don’t feel I should have to call again. Like I said before, this is unacceptable!

We stopped in to get a juice and to my surprise there were two customers in line to purchase juices however there was one particular customer that was very close to me and the person that I was with, and she had no mask. I asked the cashier was she supposed to have a mask and she stated yes our policy is that you must wear your mask when you're purchasing. The customer kept standing really close to me and the person that I was with. I asked the customer to please give us some space and some distance and I asked the cashier again isn't she supposed to have a mask on the cashier replied "yes" she is required to have a mask on that's all we require for you to come in and pick up your juice however the gentleman's standing behind that customer as well did not have a mask on so I'm just questioning your policy this is San Bernardino County that we're talking about in Victoria Gardens at the Jamba Juice, just thought I'd let you know.

I’ve been ordering the same drink since I was 7 years old. I’m 21 now and I still get it, I know when something taste off since it’s the only drink I get here at jamba. They made the drink wrong, my husband went back and asked them to remake it and they did which was nice but it tasted just as bad the second time. I just left annoyed. First time just tasted like orange juice blended. Tasted like they didn’t add the vanilla yogurt or soy milk. It tasted very sour. The second time it tasted slightly better but still gross. Disappointed but not surprised. It’s just really annoying. For 8 dollars a drink you’d think the drink would at least taste like it’s made well. This is my first bad experience at jamba. Which should say a lot. So be careful ordering an orange dream machine.
