Great customer service. I was treated like a friend. The killer burrito is freakin huge.

Excellent service and amazing food! The Killer Burrito selection is my favorite.

The place is not authentic Mexican food. It's fast food style. There no Mexican music. The chips are not that great. I got veggie burrito enchiladas style not so great. It had guacamole rice beans lettuce sour creme made inside burrito cold. I think would be better with hot veggies in it onions rice peppers. The veggie burrito needs a make over. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no other options.

We love Chile Red!!! My husband and I come in every week during the cold season for Abondigas Soup. Best I have ever had. Homemade goodness. We go any chance we get. Everything on the menu is great so are the prices and definitely their service. Never have to worry about waiting, refills etc. We love our local Mexican restaurant.

We returned to Chili Red after a few years. We found a new owner and great food. Taco Tuesday is amazing. The guacamole is really real and good. We are really picky when it comes to cheese enchiladas and Chili Red does them perfectly! We have found a new place to eat! The owner is nice and very engaging with her customers. Highly recommend!

First off I wanted to correct the hours of operation they are open Monday thru Saturday 11am to 9 pm. They are family owned and operated. Counting dining in as well as carry out I have eating here about a dozen times over the last 3 months. The Taco salad is delicious and a great deal at 7.25. For big appetites go for the killer burrito and take your leftovers home for another meal. Voted best Mexican in the IE by daily Bulletin readers 2012. Try for yourself.

It was good, but I'm not impressed with the enchiladas. Sauce was bland, like most places in SoCal. Beginning to think the only place to get decent enchiladas is San Antonio! Meanwhile, I'll still search

Great small place for Mexican-American food!
Stopped in on the recommendation of a friend to pick up food for a small party.
I couldn't help it because of the aroma, I snuck a small piece of each Killer Burrito (carne asada and chile verde) and was immediately tempted to cancel the party and try to scarf as much of each down as humanly possible.
I will be back!
P.S. They are not joking about the size of the Killer Burritos. I got two to go and almost pulled my shoulder out picking up the bag.
