All the food is adorable and delicious. We tried 2 of the summer seasonal items, the Strawberry tart and the strawberry dream smoothie that tastes just like strawberry Pocky, and one regular item, the rose water iced tea. I recommend having the tea on it's own, without any sweets because all you can taste is bitter tea. Great on it's own though! Great place for a cute, quick, sweet snack. Will definitely be going again.

This place is adorable, love the care that went into the food and drinks. You can tell that the owners are true fans of hello kitty. Service is a little slow but understandable because it is a kiosk so can't be that much room for blenders to make drinks. Will definitely come again.

Great service every time! The desserts are pricey but cute and delicious! Drinks are comparable to Starbucks. Great little stand! Everything has a Hello Kitty design and you can also buy some Hello Kitty products like mugs, etc. The only problem is that they don't have dedicated tables and the ones nearby are sometimes screwed to the ground too far from the table.

Very rude service. I was here Sunday evening at 6 pm, an hour before they close. I live 7 hours away and I was really excited to try their drinks, as i've heard great things about them. I go up to the counter, and while I'm talking to my mom and pointing at the menu, the cashier interrupts and says 'Uh just so you know we're not doing drinks anymore but we're selling pastries.' I buy a cookie and leave. Later, I buy a water cup and the cashier has no concept of customer service, not saying a thank you or anything. My suggestion: don't hire rude, lazy teenagers to run your stand. Don't waste your time or money. Disappointed.

Cute place. However, my mango tea was not made well. The first sip all I tasted was the syrup. Mixed it. Second sip same thing. Finally after the syrup finally blended with the black tea it had an awkward taste. Had to trash it. Wasted $4.50. Cute cup.

I first tried the Raspberry Donut Macaron at the Rancho Cucamonga location and it was great, so I decided to order it again at the Irvine location. When I first bit into it, it was HARD. I had to take the top part off and just ate the bottom half. Of course I was upset as I had waited so long in line to get it, when there were only 2 people ahead of me. I’d like to have a fresh dessert that I can eat ALL of instead of just half for 10 bucks.

I was so exciting to try the new frozen lemonade but they ran out!!! So I came another day and they told me again the same thing that they ran out!! Very disappointed. Next time, "Hello Kitty Cafe, Victoria Gardens" when you come out with new items please make sure you have enough for the Hello Kitty fans😠

We travel from Oregon to Los Angeles yearly to visit family. Each year we plan out the trips activities in advance. This year, we unknowingly stumbled across the Hello Kitty Cafe in Irvine. Needless to say, we decided to visit and go through the entire experience. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar to poor. We had no idea the Cafe existed so of course we had questions. The staff was very unfriendly and appeared overwhelmed by the member foot traffic they were experiencing (Saturday). I wanted to enter the Cafe as a walk in and asked for a menu to look at while we waited (I have a 3 year old, is it even Kid friendly?). The staff member denied us and stated that she could call us when it was our turn to go in at $55 a person. I wanted to know more about the “Bow Room” and was not given any information. Feeling let down, we passed and turned to the “quick service” cafe menu. After reviewing the menu for about 15 minutes to decide on a purchase, we get in line and wait to be helped. We asked for several items and the staff member informed me they were all unavailable. Another staff member laughed, making the experience much more unfavorable. We then decided to ask WHAT was available to order (to ease the process) and was informed only the items behind the glass on display, which excluded the majority of the “exclusive” items. My partner was upset and decided to walk out. Again, the staff members laughed in our direction. For the record, I cannot state with 100% certainty that they weren’t just joking amongst themselves; however, the perception was that we were being treated poorly and laughed at. We really wanted the experience to go amazing, unfortunately, that was not the case. 1 star.... for service and inventory availability.
