Subway

I frequent this subway just about every Saturday to pick up lunch and I've gotten excellent service but after going there last night at about 6:30 I don't think I will ever step foot in there again. Sadly it is walking distance from my house which makes it extremely convenient to pick up lunch or dinner. I want to point out that I don't fault the young man who was named Abdul for all of the poor service. I asked for 3 sandwiches. They only had one piece of oven roasted chicken so I had to order another chicken I didn't like. I also ordered a tuna sandwich but there was literally bottom of the barrel scrapings left in which Abdul smeared on my sandwich as if it was mustard or some other condiment. My guess was that he was trying to preserve whatever was left. There was barely any lettuce left among numerous other items. In Abdul's defense he was by himself in the middle of a dinner rush with about 5 people in line each ordering 2-3 sandwiches a piece. As I came to the register I witnessed an elderly Hispanic woman come out of the back talking on her cell phone and then did something on the register but offered no help to poor Abdul. Maybe the woman was on a break? Not sure? Nonetheless I've witnessed this elderly woman be very bossy and somewhat rude to new employees in training as I've frequented the establishment just about every Saturday. I finf it ironic that she did not lift a hand to help Abdul last night. She seems to be very adept at barking out orders on the Saturday's I've witnessed but does very little to help. The worst part is that I don't believe she is a manager. As I said it's a shame I won't be back. I will miss a young blonde woman with several tattoos that's works Saturday's and is extremely pleasant and hardworking. Thanks!

Staff was cool, place was dirty. Tables all had crumbs, and the floor is filthy. Looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days... I could understand if they were busy and didn't have time to clean but there's 3 people working here and no customers. Perfect time to clean. Instead they're in the back talking. Friday at 12pm Jan 17th

If you're in the neighborhood, and in the mood for a great sandwich, you gotta stop at this Subway. The food is always great, and always fresh!! I've eaten at other subways, and had bad experiences, but this one has never failed me. On top of that, the owner, Ralph, very classy, honest, hardworking and makes you feel like family. I have a lot of respect for him!! If you stop by, make sure you tell him JD says Hi!!

***DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY*** Horrible customer service! Sarcastic teens working here. Waited in line for 32 minutes for a "sandwich ". WTH!! One 1 person working. Then 20 minutes into this mess this other worker strolls in with sarcastic remarks after customers were complaining. I hadn't been here in awhile. Forgot how bad things were. These kids should be fired!

Amazing!!!! Love this place with all that's in me!! Our group chose this place for our hangout for the night not knowing how it was. We came about 20 deep after our event and it was amazing. We all got our food in a timely manner, great service, no complaints and these workers smiled from when we walked in to when we walked out. Come here its also 24 hours. Best service and food ever 😊

Got some coupons in the mail for subway this week. Made a trip but forgot the coupon so I had my wife txt me a pic of the coupon. I explained my situation to the guy working, but he would not honor the coupon stating that they had to have the physical coupon to avoid people reusing them. Very disappointed! The mailer I received had 5-7 of the same coupon. A wise manager would have taken the hint that if the coupon was valid, the marketing of the promo obviously worked to get me in the store. A valid promo used multiple times is a good thing thus your corporate advertising the promo. This location will be losing a customer over what would have been an easy sale. Thanks Subway, Disappointed Customer!

The great guy that helped me was, very patient, suggestions, great attitude & cared that my food was how I wanted it. I wish I could remember his name, braided hair, very nice. My bad memory, i apologize.The date and time I was there, 1:45ish / Tuesday, June 26th. He was worth being acknowledged! My food & service was the best!!🤩
