I placed an order an the app and when I arrived I was told that my order didn't go through, so I left. An hour later they called me and said they were making my order. I asked them to cancel but, they told me that they were going to make my sandwiches, throw them out, and then charge me for them.

Restaurant was not open at 8:15 pm on a Saturday. Google says it is open until 9pm. Hours need to be updated.

Ordered through website and website said order was not placed, so placed a second time. Upon arriving at this location, both orders were ready. After explaining the issue, we were refused a refund by the owner of the location, and my fiancee was told to "deal with it" by him. Complete jackass and they've lost a weekly customer.

Was looking forward to quick bite but called ahead as last time they were closed well before normal 9 pm close. Called at 5 but no answer. Went anyway and saw 2 workers locking the door at 5:30. When I asked what’s going on the guy told me “they won’t give her workers” referring to the manager who was locking up. Stay away until they solve this apparent labor issue. Not reliable.

I all for eating healthy , but when your employee isn't wearing a mask and it is a mask mandate and visibly coughing over food screw that I'm gone.

You never know if you will eat. I usually order my stuff online, sometimes I'm lucky and I get my order, but other times they just decide to close early, so I go there and they are closed. This is really annoying.
