Morano's

Morano’s saved the day for me...with less then 24 hours notice they were able to put together a last minute catering order for my mom’s 70th over a holiday weekend. They not only said they could do it, but helped me figure out the best items to accommodate various dietary restrictions. Everything looked gorgeous and the food was delicious as usual!

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. Mostly because I love the baked goods that come from Nicole and its sad how one error can be handled in a way that ruins a relationship. I ordered 30 cupcakes, the order was written down wrong and after I left work early and drove 30 minutes to pick up the cupcakes for the event. I was told that the only resolution they could offer was giving me the 15 incorrect cupcakes at half price and the correct ones at full price. Why would you offer someone something that they didn’t even order or want at half of the price? Thats an insult, very disappointed.
