Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to. The people are kind both to the customers and to each other. I love coming in and seeing them happy and groovin. The rosemary Parm bread is killer from this spot. CPR is hot! Everything is good. I hope they’re making a living wage. Give em all a raise.

The manager named Tori here is amazing! We had several sandwiches made wrong from a large work group order, and with no hesitation she had the sandwiches remade. We appreciate her kind and professional attitude. I also noticed she was very nice to her teammates. She didn’t condemn anybody for their mistakes. She just helped them to get it right!!

My sandwich was really good tonight. The service was really slow though. The girl on the sandwich board was obviously new. We all have to start somewhere. The manager probably didn't count on a Sunday night blitz. A large group came in right before us to eat before catching the last night of Disney on ice down the road at the arena.

We ordered online to redeem the birthday sub. They only have one option for non-meat eaters which is the veggie sandwich. This sandwich doesn't come with a lot of options as far as the toppings go (veggies) so it was pretty basic. Overall, it was still a great sub and tasted wonderful. We ordered it with bell peppers and it didn't come with them on the sub but that's ok. It was cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and oil/vinegar. The sub was ready when we arrived. They do not have an area to just pick up and go - you have to go to the counter and they keep it behind the counter. Not a big deal but wanted others to know the pickup process for online orders.

Love this Jersey Mike’s. My ONLY complain is the male manager I seen yell at another employee over a freaking sandwich. The guy was clearly new as well. I thought that was very unprofessional to coach someone in front of guests and everything. So what he gave out the wrong sandwich. ITS A FREAKING SANDWICH! And trust me, the rest of the employees feel the same way.. I know because I asked.

The folks at this Jersey Mike’s did one hell of a job today. They were SLAMMED. I think there were 25 people in there today (50+ orders) and the staff were extremely professional and got the job done. It sounded like the manager was getting some heat from patrons because orders weren’t ready in time. However, they were doing the best they could given the massive number of orders. That manager NEEDS a raise.

One of subways rivals i guess. Its a little different but some more visits will have 2 take place 2 get usd 2 the new types of sandwiches sold here. 1st time ther 4 lunch at this resturant. Had great service in an out. A smooth oiled machine runnin. The turkey meat was gettin sliced rite in front of u a first for a fast food resturant 4 the order before me. I got a regular sizd tuna. Will say limited choice of toppings to put on besides the general lettuce , tomatoe or any sauces. Its located in olde raleigh village. Other bad thing is parking if you go during peak time like lunch time parking is real bad. But besides that will prob come bac some time.
