Stopped by the food truck at StreetFest in Sanford and picked up a piece of the Cocoa Classic- cheesecake dipped in milk chocolate with dark chocolate drizzle. It was AMAZING! I savored every single bite and I was sad when it was gone.
This whole concept of dipped cheesecake is brilliant and the quality of the cheesecake and the chocolate is top notch!
I ate here on Sunday, April 15th during the Spring Sprouts Food Truck Rodeo located at Knightdale Station Park. This was one of 8 food trucks on site. My favorite cheesecake (Dulce Tigre, I believe) had caramel, almonds and white chocolate sauce (not 100% sure it was white chocolate but it was delish). So good! The Turtle cheesecake (dipped in dark chocolate, sprinkled with pecans and drizzled with caramel sauce) was really good too - I'm just not much of a chocolate fan.
The cheesecake was fabulous and all the guests enjoyed them tremendously. Great service and prompt. I will definitely use this company again for another event. Thanks !! (Favorite flavors were the Caribbean Coconut and the Turtle ones)
We have used Cocoa Forte as a food truck for our business as well as orders through EZ Caterer and they are hands down one of the best desserts/cheesecakes. The business is very professional and easy to book. I would highly recommend this company as a fun thing to do for your business for personal event.
This was a great spot for breakfast/ brunch. I came here with my mom and we were both craving something sweet and waffles! Perfect combo! She ordered the cinnamon roll waffle which was good and not too overly sweet. I ordered the honey and fresh fruit waffle and it was equally delicious! Great spot and quick and friendly service!
Cocoa Forte has a food truck that comes to my community from time to time. I never went because I never liked Cheesecake growing up. When they came yesterday, I figured I’d try it once more. I ordered the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake in a jar because it was 2 for 1. Before I knew it both jars were gone. It wasn’t too rich and mushy like cheesecakes I’ve experienced. There was some crunch to it. It had a mixture of textures and layers that were extremely delicious and so much better than any cheesecake I’ve ever had.
I am so grateful that I chose Coca Forte for our Cheesecake Event. They were efficient and timely. I was able to order the cheesecake online and pick them up from the onsite location. I ended up order their: Plain, Cocoa Classic, Cocoa Caribbean and their Turtle Pecan Cheesecake.
On the day of pickup my pickup time was at 9:15am they were on time. All of her staff that work on site were kind. I would highly recommend cocoa forte if you are looking for desserts and such. Thank you Cocoa Forte!

We could not have been happier with the cheesecake!! We hired this truck to come out to our neighborhood and the whole neighborhood is raving about it! Absolutely fantastic product and great service!!
I love all the different flavors and the quick service! The staff is very friendly. My favorite is the birthday cake!!
