Worth the price for an exceptional treat. Great hot chocolate anytime of the year as well.

This is my favorite place! I have a fondness for chocolate and its many facets and these are the only people that relish in the integrity of sharing their love for cacao with an audience of consumers. I live in Florida now, but I spend a lot of time and money when in Raleigh here. I try to share with as many as I can, and the response is nothing short of amazing. Thanks for keeping it real, and making the best chocolate on earth escazu!

The chocolates looked great, I bought a good few. But despite nobody else in line, I was rushed through ordering and the employees frustration was on display. Small talk wasn't entertained and there was a sort of heightened stressful environment where customers (me anyway) were expected to show up knowing what they wanted and immediately order without conversation, pay, and leave. I also ordered a coffee which was not great but not too bad, but it was filled too full and the lid leaked.

Nice, patient staff. Wide selection of flavors, beautiful confections, nicely tempered chocolates. There is also good range of beverages and local retail goodies! Makes for pretty and tasty gifts for others & yourself. Flavor guide available online and they change it up to keep it interesting :)

I've been a long time patron of this shop - first when I was an undergraduate student almost ten years ago at NC State, and again as a post-graduation student at Duke, following a five year break while I was in the Navy. This place has been consistently amazing since day one. I feel it's one of the few places that didn't change in the five years I was gone, allowing me to feel like I was back home again! I love their unique chocolate truffle flavors, their push pop ice creams, their coffee... everything! The shop items are really nice as well, and a good place to get something local as a gift for someone...or even yourself :) My only wish is that they had indoor seating, but the space is unfortunately a bit small to provide that, but as long as the weather holds, it's such a great stop if you live here in Raleigh, or you're just visiting :)

The service was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us and we had an amazing experience thanks to this. The passion fruit & rum confection and the white chocolate & spice hot cocoa are our personnal favorites.

From Alabama to North Carolina; I saw their video with Safiya and immediately went online where they were sold out, I called to see if they had any in store since I would be (kinda) close by to drive over. The lady who answered was so incredibly sweet and helpful and sent me an invoice to go ahead and pay so I could guarantee some chocolate. I cannot remember her name but it was the nicest phonecall I've had with a business ever. I've gone a lot of miles for food and can confidently say the extra hour with traffic from over in Durham was more than worth the drive. I ordered two Safiya lavender vanilla chocolate bars and two of the almond black tea confections for sharing. The bar is delicious and if you like lavender at all you'll love this! I almost wish I had gotten more confections as I could eat an entire box ❤️ I also got their salted caramel confection which was the best caramel bite I've had, another confection that was like taking a bite out of a vanilla bean, and their house mocha size large- so decadent and almost like drinking a molten chocolate bar, could not ask for a better mocha and might come back just for it! I love that they make their own chocolate themselves and if you haven't seen the video with Safiya, they go through the whole process, it's amazing to see the work they put in to everything they make here! Amazing experience all around and definitely will be adding this stop to any trip nearby!!❤️

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The most interesting and artistic collection of chocolates that you are likely to find anywhere. And delicious!

Delicious chocolate, wonderful coffee beverages, and a variety of beautiful/tasty confections make it a great stop. Edit: it is telling how some of these negative reviews lack empathy or awareness for how busy a wonderful chocolate shop like this would be the week of Christmas.

I haven't forgot about this place in the five years since I visited North Carolina. It maintains the top spot as the best chocolate ice cream I've ever had. Absolutely delicious!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. Disclaimer, I'm not a chocolate connoisseur. Having said that, they probably have the best/freshest truffles in the Raleigh area. Some of these look like works of art and the flavor exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly. Great atmosphere! I'm told they source the beans from South America themselves and refine all the chocolate themselves. It's truly an exquisite product.
