I cannot speak for all Bojangles but this location has the best fast food chicken I’ve eaten in decades. I’ve been here a few times and the chicken is always hot, juicy, but thoroughly cooked, with just the right amount of spice. More than 40 years ago KFC had good chicken. It was a treat when my folks would bring home a bucket of KFC with sides. This Bojangles transports me back to those family meals in a way KFC has not done in at least 30 years. Look the restaurant is aging and the crew is not always the friendliest but they are delivering great fast food fried chicken here.

Really good place. I been to plenty of bojangles around the southeast and this bojangles is always the best. Quick service and amazing people. Only downside is you need to ask for refills as theres no refill station but the quick service makes up for it.

This is the best one. The supremes are perfectly cooked, consistently. Every time I've gotten them at this location they are always fresh, hot and so, so good. Fries are seasoned perfectly and you can tell that whoever is making the biscuits at the Western store puts all their love into them because they are better than at any other Bojangles I've been to. And those little ladies are so sweet, I know they are the reason that food tastes so good. 10/10 for this location.

Usually very good. Every now and then this restaurant goes through a meh period where it might be worth skipping for a month or so but it's been consistently good in the past few months for us.
Employees are all really friendly and I always enjoy interacting with them.
The interior desperately needs an upgrade but you can't fault the employees on that one. Owner needs to come in and redo the walls etc..

Unfortunately, I couldn't use the mobile pay in the drive thru, so I ended up going in. The Manager and staff were super friendly. Great customer service!

I've been to Bojangles several times, and every time I've been there, I've had a great experience. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the customer service is friendly and attentive. The chicken is especially good, with a nice crispiness on the outside and juicy goodness on the inside. The sides are always enough to fill up the entire meal, and the prices are very reasonable. Bojangles is the perfect place to go for a quick and tasty meal that won't break the bank. Highly recommended.

I mean, it's Bojangles. Always good. The one thing I'm noticing is they (every Bojangles I've been to) are barely putting seasoning on the fries. I have to ask for extra seasoning just to hope to get a light dusting. Other than that, I hope heaven has a Bojangles!

Went here for the first time ever to try the famous Bo-Berry Biscuit. It was pretty good. I tried a chicken sandwich as well. It was decent too. I dont eat fried chicken like that, and Bojangles didn't change that.
The ordering process was really strange. You ordered on one register and then stepped one register to the left to pay.

This Bojangles is the best I've ever been to and I travel all around NC for work so I have tried many locations. This particular location always has consistent quality and fast service and the early morning staff are always so kind. The staff here deserves recognition and some other locations could really learn from this one!
