Great food and fast! I love the deep dish pizza. This is the best pizza I have ever eaten! I love Jet's Pizza! The dough tastes great. My wife loves it more than I do. This Jet's Pizza location is clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The staff is kind and fun.
The manager of this location has his act together and runs a great operation! I have never had an issue with a coupon.
Parking is never a problem.
When you pick ups a pizza they are fast and kind.
When they deliver a pizza 9 out of 10 times the person is kind and the pizza is warm. The person alway has change when you pay in cash.
The one negative things I can say is sometimes the person answering the phone is new and does not know the special pizza of the week when you ask. There is a 20 second or so delay. But the person is kind. They are learning.
We even had Jet's Pizza for my birthday. Loved it.
This is some great pizza. Ive never been a fan of deep dish pizza until now. The cheese is gooey and the toppings taste fresh. Deffinately a game changer for me. The service is all around great. And if you wanna sit down and enjoy at the store you can. Just get there fast. The service is speedy and a great price for all you get. Hands down i give 5 stars. Ill pick them over any competitors any day.
Great pizza and great service. It was 8:30 pm on a Thursday, and the Jet's Pizza website said our address was not in the delivery zone. The store, said sure they could deliver and our pizza should arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. Only 26 minutes later we had great hot pizza delivered to our door. Nicely done!
Hands down my favorite pizza place, never disappoints. I love their deep dish pizza with turbo crust. I'm sad there is not one in the town I am moving to, please expand to SC!
The food= 5 stars, best I've had, the service=4 stars. Food is fantastic, service pretty good. We order there about every week and love the selection of pizza toppings, wing flavors, etc. The staff is friendly & takes customer service seriously.
If you like deep dish pizza, you should try Jet's. I tried their pepperoni pizza and found the crust crunch and buttery and delicious. The tomato sauce is not too sweet but nicely compliments the crust.
Their pizza by far has more flavor than any other company. So many options and always good quality. I just wish there was one near Wake Forest!
I love their square deep dish pizza! The crust is thick, but not dense, so eating a slice is not as filling as you would imagine. When I crave pizza, this is now the first place that comes to mind.
Customer service win! My husband and I didn't feel like cooking and had a long day at work, so we ordered from his favorite little sub shop (jets). We had initially ordered 1 steak and cheese jetzee, and 2 chicken parm jetzees. The wait on the delivery was a little longer than excited expexted, but once it showed up we discovered they left out one of the chicken parms. (my hubby orders two on purpose so he has one for lunch the next day). To his disappointment the entire order on the extra sub was skipped. (issue with guy who took the order over the phone) so we called back and spoken with management about the oversight, and to our discovery we weren't changed for it, but regardless, management was determined to make it right. Not only did we have one piping hot jetzee (the missing chicken parm) in 20 minutes, they included one for me (steal and cheese) now neither of us have to worry about lunch tomorrow! Little things like that make repeat customers, and for that we thank you.
The best deep dish pizza! Staff is always friendly. Other good stuff on their menu too like an outstanding Greek salad! I love this place! :D
