Applebee's

July 16, 2020: inside seating was at 50%, shortened disposable menus, individually packaged plastic wear, food was tasty, had to ask for salt and water. 6/24/2022: 15 minute wait for 3 to sit and we missed the 1/2 priced appetizers window by 30 minutes. There were lots of empty seats. Food, service, and bathrooms were pretty good. 6/29/22 ~8:30pm it was so cold inside, my sweet bf went out to his truck to get me a T-shirt. The waitress and manager took care of our other needs.. Including gift cards to make up for my steak being dryer than I was wanting. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE🤩

Received gift cards for poor past experience tried to use but still had to pay 1.75 even though I had 5$ left on gift certificate. Also the front door woman needs to be ALOT more friendly! Also who sets a child in the bar area??? We asked to move because I can't sit in the high seats due to injury but come on! Also we were slightly embarrassed when they came and said they didn't know if they could take all 3 gift cards at once the table next to us started pointing and talking my son noticed and we were both embarrassed. I really don't think Applebee's and my family will work out I've tried several times hoping it would change but it is not. The managers involved did they jobs and were polite and professional, but I just don't believe we will be back. Simply cause it seems to have a bad outcome. I know some people love it there but just not our place

Server was terrible. She forgot our drinks, silverware and condiments. When I finally received my coffee, I asked for a sugar substitute, she said they had all kinds. Well, I guess they still do, because I never received any. When we asked for salt and pepper she never returned. I asked for a refill.of coffee, she brought the Splenda and no coffee! I had to ask the hostess for water. The waitress finally came back and said oh u finished your coffee, I said you never brought it. She said you must be wrong!! We asked for "to go" containers and of course, she never returned. The hostess had to bring them. Being a former waitress, myself, I was pretty angry. After having to go up to the bar to pay my bill after waiting 10 more minutes, I asked her if we did some thing to her that deserved the terrible service we received. She said she was having a bad night. From what we heard, she was laughing VERY LOUDLY, with everyone in the place. If u want people to tip you, treat them better. Shame on Applebee's for letting this happen to us
