Ordered my sandwich without mayonnaise and wrapped in lettuce because I am allergic to mayonnaise and gluten. My sandwich came smothered in mayonnaise on a bun. What’s the purpose of the app if the order cannot be completed correctly? Are you trying to kill me?

Truthfully I only go for the frosties. I have had good experiences with their salads though, they are actually fresh (I like from some establishments)

We just stopped for a quick bite, and the food was good, same as any Wendy’s, but the Frosty-ccino was bitter. Had to ask for extra cream to sweeten it up a bit. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our food was out quickly.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to complete two orders and order food for myself before I go home for the evening after working an 18 hour day and they couldn’t be bothered to put a sign out to say they were closed or anything. And if you tried to call the line was busy but they’re all inside and when you drive up to the window they won’t even say anything that’s wrong at least put out a sign. And turn your tablet off

Service was good at the counter getting the food took a little longer than expected but the counter-girl was awesome very attentive and double and triple check my order food was Wendy's you know what you're getting if you've ever eaten there but it's always been very consistent

Haven't been in years because the food was gross but noticed the lines are really busy lately so I thought "maybe they've gotten better". Nah, still nasty trash. Food was cold and like most other fast food joints these days , I had food missing from my order.

The most reliable fast food option in Glens Falls and surrounds! Service is fast, courteous, and ACCURATE! PLUS? FROSTIES!! YEAH! And - baked potatoes, not fries.
