Dunkin' Donuts

I’m a student at SUNY ADK, I just moved up here and I’ve been trying to find the best DD in the area. My coffee order is usually confusing for DD workers, but these employees took the time to fully understand it and delivered it perfectly!!! The three girls at the counter today were personable, friendly, and helpful. I definitely will be a regular at this DD!!!

September 29th was advertised as “national coffee day “ by Dunkin Donuts but for some reason, when I tried to use their buy one get one free promotion, it wasn’t valid at this location. Very unorganized, it took forever to get my two coffees. I stood in line for a half hour after three people gave up and left in front of me to get my order. They were to focused on drive through when line inside was too long.

Although I was looking forward to a nice ICED vanilla Chai tea, instead gave me a hot one. Are you kidding me lady !!!!!!!!! I paid good money, and I didn't get what i intended on getting. So next day I walk in and order the same thing, they also didn't learn from yesterday because they give me a vanilla Chai tea with French vanilla, again not what I wanted, I never want to go to this particular one again.

Absolutely god-awful service. I called to inquire to see if the Dunkin Donuts portion of the store was open 24 hours or if that was just the speedway portion of the store, and was met with someone, who's name I didn't bother to inquire about, that was extremely rude to me, and insisted I didn't know what I was talking about, when I've been in the store before. I wasn't sure if the Dunkin employees were there this late (3 am Friday, September 28th, for the manager's information) and she somehow thought I was implying there was a separate Dunkin store inside that rinky dink speedway. I asked her if she also prepared the menu items and donuts located in the Dunkin portion of the store, and she said "I DON'T THINK YOU'RE UNDERSTANDING blah blah blah" going on about how it wasn't a separate store... Someone should give her some pointers on customer service and comprehension of inquiries. Long story short, my experience over the phone was terrible, and I would never step foot in the place.
