Long John Silver's

I used to love Long John Silvers but this time really disappointed me 🙁. The lady at the counter was not very happy and nice that day. I get that it's difficult to "paint a smile on" when things could be wrong at home. Understood. Been there. But don't take it out on your customers. The second thing is that the fish that is normally great was very greasy and rubbery. Oh and it was really cold. The fries were the same. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi. They don't have cocktail sauce anymore and that's what I like on my fish. The tartar sauce was the absolute worst I have ever had. Talk about going down hill. I didn't say anything about it because I didn't want anything or anyone messing with my food. Hopefully the right person reads this and adjusts how they both prepare and hold the finished product.

Always enjoyed Long John Silver's but this one is attached to a Taco Bell and their kiosk does not do Long John Silver orders. Tried to get some ones attention but they were all to busy filling taco orders. So I left and went across the street to Red Lobster they were more than willing to serve me and the food was better.

It's been years since I've experienced the deep fried goodness of Long John Silver's. As often is the case, reality doesn't measure up to memories. The shrimp was good, but the fish was over cooked, and the fries seemed undercooked. In fairness, this could be due to the fact that this was a Taco Bell/LJS, and it was SWAMPED! We waited 20 minutes for our order, but I got the impression that Internet orders were taking much longer. For the most part the customers were being patient. Likewise, the employees were being polite. The one thing I would suggest is letting customers know the approximate wait time before ordering.

It took over 30 minutes to get my food and it was very saturated with grease. I know it's fried food and it's greasy but this was too much. Some of my food sat on a shelf getting cold, where I was watching the staff preparing food and packing it up for people, the Taco Bell portion of my order had been handed to me at least 15 minutes before I got the Long John's part of the order.

This place has really gone down hill.the staff was trying but need to listen better when someone places an order. At one point the girl doing the drive through started crying and walked off the job. The refreshment machine wasn't working properly either. I used to like long johns but that was my last visit
