Subway

This place was very clean and bright, nice color choices and great interior. As soon as I walked in, instead of hiding in the room, employees were active, organizing and arranging, cleaning etc... Sandwich maker's efficiency was a lot better than other subway places, while using oven, he was opening veges and condiments ready for me. Only thing I would say that can use some improvement is the manner and the way employees speak. "What veges you want" "you want it toasted?". It's not necessary but, it really doesn't show good professional character. Other than that, good experience here

Still stop at this place from time to time to get a bite. I feel as over the years they have skimped on the vegetables they put on the subs. When I ask for extra onions I get a normal orders worth and have to ask again. I feel like they should be asking "is that enough?" Sandwich Artist my behind, they need some better customer service on a majority of their locations

Ordered Online for me and my crew. Paid online and selected a pick up time. When we got there they hadn't even started. No biggie... busy day. Handed off the order slip with all sandwiches detailed perfectly... and 20 minutes later, back at the shop... EVERY SINGLE one was wrong. Nobody got anything close to what they asked for. OK maybe the Tuna was Tuna but nobody wants that many Cucumbers. Trust me. Called 4 times in an attempt to reach anyone that cared... Manager finally calls back the next day to basically tell us to piss-off. They're independently owned... so remakes or refunds are at their discretion.... well so is my business. THERE ARE LITERALLY 4 SUBWAYS IN A 1 MILE RADIUS. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE.

My mom and I go there at least once and week if not more. We always dread going there during the evening because there is a Male employee named Kobe that is just awful to deal with. Hes always angry, looks rushed, has a bad attitude and is TERRIBALLY unfriendly. My mom asked him a question about the food tonight and he completely ignored her and continued what he was doing like he didnt even hear her!! Hes like this everytime week after week. Today I had just about enough and straight asked him "Are you ok man? Why are you so grouchy all the time?" He snapped "I'm way behind schedule!" Unfortunately this location is most convenient for us, but will be looking for another becasue of this awful guy with a terrible attitude. He represents this company poorly. Its beyond obvious he hates his job. . And posibally his life.. sorry not sorry Oh and by the way, I've never left a review about a business in my entire life. This is how awful this employee is.
