Papa John's

The bigger the pizza, the smaller/thinner the crust! Lol. Love Pappa John's pizza, but this place is a joke! The owner is clearly cutting corners. I ordered a regular pizza, NOT a thin crust pizza! We continue to order because we prefer PJ'S over others... Lol where has the crust gone? You've raised your prices but the crust gets smaller.

I phoned in my order.That way all I had to do is go in and pick it up.I was standing behind a man that was ordering three large pizza it took 15 to 20 min standing their waiting.This man repeated to the employee on what he wanted on his 3 large pizza.Then the employee read back to the customer what he wanted on his 3 large pizza's.Then he was ringing up his order and the employee asked me if I was picking up I said yes the order was phoned in and paid for I just have to pick it up.Then the employee was telling the man on how much his pizza's are.Then the customer was telling the employee if their was tomato 's on his pizza .I couldn't believe how many times they went back and fourth about the pizza.While all this time my Pizza was sitting up their.Then one of the employee asked me for the name finally handed me my pizza and left I was pulling out of the parking spot and that same man was still at the counter.I don't think it should have taken that long for me to get my pizza handed to me when it was paid for on an on line order.Think twice if I want to go back.

I ordered online and the pizza tracker said my approximate time was 20 minutes. Came to pick up 25 minutes later and was told they hadn’t even started to make my pizza because they were only 2 people working that it was going to take at least another 25 minutes for my order to be ready. Been waiting in my car and checking the status or my order and 40 minutes have gone and it’s still showing in the making process. I understand that they are short staff but don’t lie to customers about approximate time and take double the time. Will probably be my last time I order from this location.

The delivery was prompt. I called because I thought the wrong pizza was delivered to me when in fact, I ordered the wrong pizza. The person told me he would make one that I wanted and have it delivered to me free of charge. He said he appreciated our business! I told him I didn't want them to have to do that. So instead, he told me that they would credit me a pizza! That is great customer service!! I definitely recommend this Papa John's

The person I came in contact with was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I have never been talked to like that in my life. I simply walked in to pay for my order that i ordered on the app. I picked pay cash in store and was pulling out my card to pay when the employee in the rudest tone practically yelled at me annoyed saying " Next time just pay over the phone"... Excuse me? what is wrong with paying in store? They then snatched my card from my hand and paid for the order themselves even though the card reader was on my side of the counter. As if that wasn't enough they also yelled at me for having sever asthma. I couldn't breathe and got yelled at for not wearing a mask when I was OUTSIDE of the store!!!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. This person needs an attitude adjustment. I understand everyone has bad days but there is no reason to be this snappy and mean to anyone.
