Sonic Drive-in

Usually the food is pretty good and there is no problem but this time was different. Went through the drive thru, got our milkshakes and they told us to go to the next window for our change. We get to the window and the cashier straight up tells us that they are out of change but they still owe us 37 cents. We thought maybe they would give us a dollar then or something but no. They just closed the window and sent us on our way. We were all shocked. It's not about getting our 37 cents back, it's the fact that they should not have done that. Never have I ever heard of this happening. We should have gotten something back. He didnt even say sorry! They even covered it up on the receipt. We will not be going back there again.

I love Sonic ice cream. But honestly the food should be better for the price it is. I also ordered one drink and it took about 10 minutes to get there. Do love me a real fruit Strawberry Limeade I don't know. The Sonic app should be more convenient to use. You have to put money on a gift card before you use it. Really Sonic. Convenient is something people like now days.

Went to Sonic today and ordered via the drive-up window. I should have known when they said they were out of onion rings, that it would probably go downhill from there. The employee who took the order didn't really sound like he wanted to be there. When we got our order, the lettuce on the burger felt like it just came out of the fridge, why do I mention this, because the hamburger was colder and it looked like they just threw it together. I had ordered a large diet coke, it came three quarters ice and the rest pop, if I had wanted that small amount of diet coke I would have ordered a small! Also they never cave me a receipt, which I'm assuming they didn't because you need one to take a survey, looking at their poor reviews I can understand why they don't want you to take the survey. Won't be going to this establishment again
