Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. We are from out of state & stopped by here after buying a car. We did not know they were closing. They still served us hot fresh food! With smiles!! I couldn't believe it! They said we could stay and eat but we got a bag to go after eating for a few minutes. They were the friendliest group I have ever encountered in my life! Especially at closing!

I’m so disappointed this time I ordered big order and always I do. I ordered for myself cobb salad and I told no becon I understand one time they did by mistake then I called two times first time they put me on hold and disconnected then I went there again to get for myself because i was starving and only thing I ordered for myself but this time I was sure they didn’t put anything as they did one time mistake and I started enjoying my salad because I didn’t see anything on above as I saw first order and it was on top but then I saw becon on bottom it’s so frustrating and I threw up everything as I never eat becon in my life and I’m allergic to it . So careless employees first time did by employee but second time manager handed over to me after I told him everything. Bad management I read reviews about this location and most are unsatisfied about service . I waited in long lane twice and both time I got wrong order it’s better to go another restaurant don’t waste time here .

I love Chick-fil-A, this location is the closest to my home(20 minute drive). I love the food and the service, only problem is they recurrently "forget" to include my Avocado lime dressing in my order. They need to just work on that. Great food though!

Every-time i visit Chick-fil-A in Puyallup I see how other restaurants should follow after.
I don’t know if Chick-fil-A has customer service etiquette training or not, but they are doing a great job. Well I haven’t experience any bad service yet, and i hope i 🤞🏽don’t 🙏🏽
And this is coming from someone who didn’t want to Go to their establishment due to what I heard through the news when they 1st opened up.

We walked in to get our food to go. There were two orders ahead of ours. Only one of those were filled while I counted seven cars go by. We waited nearly 20 minutes before asking for a refund because we were going to be late to a medical appointment. There needs to be a better priority system. People who walk-in should have the same amount of wait time as people in their car.

I was new to this place and their concept.
The placed looked very clean and organized, Mike L’s trainee Maile gave me a great tour of the menu and suggested plenty of items.
I ordered based on her knowledge and suggestions and I was very pleased with my meal.

Was very disappointed in the drive thru speed. Worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever been to honestly. They didn’t even have people taking orders outside to help with the long line. Not very efficient. Never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before. Also change your hours to 5am to 10pm.

The food is fantastic! You will always enjoy what you get from Chick-fil-A. The service, phenomenal, with great attitudes and professionalism. The only complaint you will have is how long the drive through is about 90% of the time. It takes about 15 minutes at dinner time.
We got the spicy chicken delux, 12 piece nuggets, regular chicken sandwich, fries, and drinks. And, of course, chick-fil-a sauce!!! That sauce is amazing, it’s savory, a little sweet, a little “kick” (not spicy!) it’s just amazing. Their other sauces are good as well, except their bbq sauce, that tastes very ketchup heavy.
Order ahead and pick it up at the side door if you can, and enjoy!!!
