Taco Bell

I pulled off the highway following a sign for Taco Bell. After driving for over a mile I finally found where the Taco Bell was. Famished, I quickly ordered at the kiosk: two beef burritos add tomatoes add potatoes, grilled. After standing for 5 minutes waiting I saw an employee begin an order of beef burritos. He did not add tomatoes, he did not add tomatoes, and he did not put them in the grill. He attempted to serve these to me and I immediately told him that I watched him make them and that he did not add potatoes tomatoes or grill them. Trying to get to work in Sumner I'm on limited time to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I do not have time to stand for 10 minutes waiting on an order to be made incorrectly. I especially don't have time to have a simple order need to be remade. I said I wanted a refund oh, I was given my refund in cash without being asked if I'd have rather it gone back on my card. For the record, I would have preferred it to go back on my card, I hate cash. The floor and hygiene of the place was abysmal! So much so I snapped a few photos of the kitchen before I left and promised to write this review. This place should be shut down by the health department. I'm lucky I didn't eat here I'm sure I would have gotten terrible diarrhea. If these people are as inept at cleaning as they are at fulfilling a very simple fast food order then I am certain I would have gotten sick.

I always like the Doritos locos taco supreme. Also ordered 2 spicy potato soft taco. When my son opened the second one it was missing the lettuce and shredded cheese lol It was busy at the drive thru and I appreciate the workers. They forgot to give hot sauce but luckily we had some at home. Can't eat them without the sauce

Took four foster kids there for lunch after a sibling visit because they never had a Mexican pizza. I ordered five #9s but the tacos we were given were not supreme, so that's 10 tacos we got that were incorrect. They did replace two tacos and gave the kids some cinnamon twists. The staff at this one was definitely friendly and welcoming.

Never had an issue here until today. Due to short staffing they are only taking online orders. I went to the drive thru and that is what I was literally told. Now I have to pull out my phone and order food online to be delivered to me. That makes entirely NO SENSE. What does make sense to me though is why the line of cars in front of me were just driving right through and not grabbing food. The person in front of me is literally going to McDonald’s just like me. I did want to attach a photo of what I did get at Taco Bell….

Literally here right now, been waiting for 20 minutes, the lady at the window can only take one order at a time. So you sit and wait. And then we saw four of them sitting in the office in office messing the video camera, and the. They just sat there and hung out. They aren't short handed they are just lazy.

My wife, and i visited this establishment today 4/23/22 and saw the restaurant wasn’t busy just one table with a customer and another with 3 employees eating at one table there were trash on 4 tables and including where the employees weee eating at. The employees just throw their disposable vinyl gloves on the floor in the restaurant floor. The other tables weren’t even clean nor was the restroom. They gave the lady in front of us the wrong order and was giving my order to someone else. The other customer was saying their stuff missing in is Oder and I said it because that’s my order and the person behind the counter replied no it’s his order. It wasn’t even busy. And they had a lot of employees working. Would i revisit this place probably not. If the employees will not clean after themselves and miss the dining area makes me think how do they keep the kitchen clean. I hope I don’t get a stomach ache from eating here.
