I don’t really go to Jack in the Box very often just because the wait time to get your order takes long. For this Jack in the Box downtown Puyallup was my 1st time,. The line was long like 10 vehicles in front of me. I was surprised the line was moving fast and the person working window was nice.
I would definitely drive out of my was past the other Jack in the box to visit this store

The gal with the glasses and the lazy eye really needs an attitude adjustment, I requested to add to my order in the drive thru and she got so irritated that when I asked she walked away from the window without giving me my card back and proceeded to show everyone what's on her cell phone passing it to each of their hands which is also SUPER unsanitary to have your cell around the food making process. I'll come back when this is addressed. I shouldn't feel like offended the queen for adding to my order.
Upon opening my sandwich I also noticed the I got the palm press(you can see the wrist to thumb line IN THE FREAKING PICTURE) special with so much sauce that I feel they were hiding spit......sorry for changing my order??

We we're in the area and Jack in the Box sounded good. Wait was a little longer than you think but it didn't stay that way. Service was prompt and polite. Restaurant sits on a weird piece of land so parking wasn't too great but worked. The food hit the spot just like in HS. Kids loved it and were full afterwards. It's funny that you can see the Fairground from there. A place we usually eat good food while it's open.

Over night... Thursday into Friday... Who ever is working needs to be fired... Only taking care of one car at a time??? From speaker, to window, to served before even answering the speaker box??? This is insane! Nobody should have to wait over an hour in a drive thru with only 4 cars!!! FIX IT

The most obvious fault with this location is it’s super awkward drive through. Makes it difficult to properly turn into the order screen which oftentimes leads to being far away from the order mic, especially in larger trucks and SUV’s.
The staff is always nice and helpful, and the speed is about average for any other Jack in the box. Decent location, accessible from any direction (which is valuable in a downtown area run by one-way streets)
All in all a good place, just not the best for larger vehicles wishing to use the drive through.

This particular Jack in the Box is the slowest ever. The food is fine, compared to any other, but it definitely isn't fast food. Every time I've gone I've waited. This time it was one order of popcorn chicken and a shake and i was in the drive through for almost 15 minutes.

Terrible terrible customer service. Kept interrupting us ordering. Did not give us half of the meal at the window and then told us she didn’t even charge us for the other half of the meal. Had someone hard of hearing working the window and then tried to argue with us about whether or not she gave us our food. Also tried to give us someone else’s food. We were waiting there for over 40 minutes to only get 1 of the 2 meals we ordered. Only gave us 1 drink and didn’t tell us which one it was. I ordered spicy roost fries and they gave me the classic. Couldn’t even give us a receipt because the copier was taken apart by the register. Also had to drive forward out of line to let someone behind us leave because no one ever even took his order. Never going back and do not recommend.
