It's a long drive but the Giant Subs feed 2 of us for dinner at a much lower cost than their competitors. The sub was waiting when I arrived. And was stuffed with meat and cheese. The only negative is the bottom of the roll was kind of squishy when I got the sub home. Otherwise the sub was very good.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To say this location has horrible customer service is a true understatement. We have given this location 3 chances and the service keeps getting worse. The workers ignore customers when they walk in, if you ask a question they don't even acknowledge you, and it takes 30 minutes to get a sandwich even if you order ahead (waiting 30 minutes past your pick up time). We will not be coming back again.

I don't really write bad reviews, unless things are catastrophic AND you add another level of "whoa that's terrible" to it. This is where I am right now, I ordered 2 "Regular subs" and they came out like this. After telling me it was a 30 minute wait, I show up after work to pick up and bring home a dinner I'm excited about for me and my wife. I had a "$5 for regular sub coupon" which I specifically referenced in my order. Unfortunately it was two subs Needless to say, order wrong, long wait, and I'm pretty sure THIS isn't a regular size, I feel quite cheated. I will actively tell people to avoid Jersey Mike's after this experience.
