I believe the managers name was pancho, and his wife evilyn… they assisted us today in our dine-in experience. It’s been awhile since I’ve had such wonderful service at a restaurant. Their was never once a time where are drinks were empty. He even got us to try something new on the menu which I never do. They are very humble and nice people. And I just had to share how refreshing it was. If you’re looking for a great experience. Going out to eat.. this is the spot. Thank you for your service today! :)

If you like mexican food then you better get your keys and drive to this mazatlan after seeing this review. The food tasted so good and the restaurant was clean. The service was great, the waiters were friendly and helpful with making suggestions for trying new dishes. The drinks were really good and well made. Its a great place to eat and the portions are good. You will not be disapointed. They use to have a night club in the back with pool tables and live music. That is the only thing they need to do is to bring that back it was a fun and chill place to hang out. Please bring that back mazatlan.

I had the burrito Colorado with rice and beans. Everything was piping hot (don't touch the plate, lol) and cooked to perfection. Meat was tender, not tough or chewy. Rice was fluffy and beans were creamy. Service was excellent. They have a small variety of dessert options now but alas, I was much too full to attempt eating one. Restaurant was clean and ambiance was nice.

Food and service was very good. Our server, Angelica, was friendly and very attentive. Other staff was nice as well. The prices have gone up since we were there last but still a good value.

Pros:
Greeted and seated quickly
Server welcoming & respectful
Food was hot
Beans were really yummy
Cons:
So for starters food is Over priced, they will charge you for another basket of chips, even if you're ordering from the menu (this info is in fine print on menu, but they won't tell you, it will just be on your bill). Oh and if you want to take your salsa with you to go they will charge you for that too. Even if you don't ask for extra and just want to take what you already have. So, maybe it is for the container? Still ridiculous 🙄
Took at least 10 minutes before I received complimentary water, chips & salsa.
Waited another 15 or more minutes for server to finally greet me and take my order. I was ready for about 10 minutes or more.
Asked for verde sauce instead of the traditional on my Chicken Enchilada, easy swap, but was neglected to be informed of an upcharge for this change. Which I think is ridiculous, it is sauce 🤔, not extra of anything....So I didn't know about it until I received my bill.
Chicken was also dry 😳. Super unexpected especially being Mexican food. Usually Chicken is super juicy.
