Dunkin'

I recently moved to Putnam, CT and have been going to this Dunkin nearly every day for the last 3 months. I have to say...I've never had a bad coffee or experience! Always great coffee and the staff is really nice. The only thing is that the service is slow-paced, but it is so worth the wait! Just give yourself an extra few minutes to go here if you're in a hurry!

I frequent this Dunkin in the area, and I honestly do not desire to go to the others in the area. What really stands out here is the service. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming, and if you find yourself having issues with this location, I think it would be a good moment to self reflect on how you treat people. If you like your Dunkins, and want a pleasant time, this is the place to go... UNLESS You are in a major hurry. The largest boon and drawback is the location. Being on one of the more main local roads, the lot and drive through will fill up quickly. The service goes as quick as it can, but the amount of space for the drive through is very limited. If you can spare time or walk in for your service, you'll have a wonderful time. Even better would be to download the app and prepurchase your order so they have time to fulfill it amidst the morning rush. Plus, you get the freebies that come with it. The food for a coffee shop is as you would expect. Drinks are the specialty, Doughnuts the second, and warm food is what it is. By no means is the food bad, but don't expect a gourmet meal from a fast food joint.

This Dunkin has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Have you ever been through their drive-thru and been waited on by Louis? I have to shout him out, because he is always friendly, professional, and he always reads your order back to you to make sure they got it right. You guys are great, thank you!
