The efficiency of service stands out, with a notably quick turnaround time from ordering to receiving my meal. This is a significant plus for anyone seeking a quick bite. The menu variety remains a strong point, catering to a range of tastes with classic options like the Big Mac, alongside newer, more adventurous offerings. However, the quality of the food was average – while the burgers and fries were as expected, nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavor or freshness. The restaurant's cleanliness was satisfactory, though there's room for improvement, especially in the dining area. Additionally, the staff, while not unfriendly, seemed rushed and were not particularly engaging, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. The McDonald's that recently opened in Salem is pretty decent. I tried their strawberry shake for the first time. Let me tell you that for a chocolate person, I was actually pretty impressed with that shake. I haven't enjoyed going to McDonald's in a while, but this one in Salem makes me want to stop to get that strawberry shake now. Also, they have a great playplace for the kids to play.

They have kiosks that you can order from, I ordered from it and was paying the counter there was a gentleman behind me with his credit card out and the worker told him to use the kiosk. He looked very confused and walked over to it. Me and my daughter both noticed that that was extremely rude. He ended up pulling cash out of his wallet and getting in line behind him and the cashier then finally helped him. She was kind to us, I hope she was kind of him. The food was great the service was decent overall it was good.

The Macdonald was as standard as standard can be there was a playplace as you entered not like otheres where it is innthe back i personally couldn't be bothered about that other than that there is noting extrdnary good or bad about this Macdonalds. They were out of stock of a lot of drinks when I went.
