We LOVE The Mighty Baker!! We started going here for sweets on date night, and it became a tradition! Pete is friendly and personable, his food is incredible, and he offers literally the best service. We love his brioche sandwiches, his fruit tarts, and his cookies! He also bakes the best cakes!! His Italian buttercream frosting is to die for. We were so impressed with his service and quality that we are having him make our wedding cake for us! I literally can't say enough good things about Pete and all the folks at the Mighty Baker! The only bad thing I could say is how quickly his popular items sell!

We just tried The Mighty Baker for the first time and we were not disappointed! Everything was over the top delicious and Renee who helped us was the best. She spent time answering all of our questions and offered us all kinds of taste tests so we could decide what we wanted. It was all so good that we will definitely be going back to get everything we wanted to get. The frosting seems to melt away in your mouth, and the cake was dense and moist. The sugar cookie was, to put it simply, the best sugar cookie I've ever had. My only suggestion would be to have some prices up. Based on other local places, I was expecting it to be a little more expensive, and I was pleasantly surprised when it rang up to be a couple dollars less than I expected. Honestly, we probably would have bought a couple more things had we been able to see the prices. Also, we would have loved to been able to add a tip to our receipt for Renee for her exceptional service!

The Mighty Baker Pete is amazing. When I reached out to Pete to do our wedding cake he quickly responded and set up a time for us to go into his shop after hours to do a cake tasting. He laid out all of our options for cakes and frosting and was super patient with us while we debated the different options. He showed us a wide variety of options and helped us determine the perfect cake for the number of people we expected to attend our wedding and reception. The cake was delivered on time and even when our florist messed up on our flowers Pete was able to work his magic to make the cake look great. Absolutely amazing bakery! There are two aspects to Pete's business. He has the storefront that offers delicious baked goods that are affordable. His staff is also absolutely amazing and provides excellent customer service. The second part of Pete's business is the custom cakes. My wife and I actually had our wedding cake made by Pete back in Nov 2015 before he really had the storefront up and running. Pete was awesome at our tasting where he provided a wide variety of options for us to choose from. He uses only the freshest of fillings based upon what fruits are currently in season. Then, when it came to our wedding day, everyone was complementing us on how beautiful our wedding cake was and also how delicious the cake tasted. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

The Mighty Baker made the wedding cake and cupcakes for my son's wedding. He provided a cake tasting prior to the event, which was very nice so there weren't any surprises and were able to ordered what we liked. He did a great job on both the cake and cupcakes and the buttercream frosting is delicious!

Pete did an excellent job on my wedding cake and the groom's cake! They both not only looked exactly like I wanted, but tasted absolutely AMAZING as well. I am excited to order more cakes from him in the future. I recommend him and his business to anyone looking for top of the line cakes or desserts with excellent and professional service. The Mighty Baker made my wedding cake and it was fantastic. He worked with me to figure out the perfect cake. I was able to try different flavors, all of which were fantastic, and decide on 3 wonderful flavors. My wedding was in June and the cake made it through the whole reception. And looked beautiful!!! The details were exquisite!! I highly recommend using Pete, the mighty baker!!!

We experienced Pete's work at the wedding reception of a good family friend. The desserts were exceptionally good. When it was our son's turn to get married, we decided to give The Mighty Baker a try for ourselves. Boy are we glad we did! My wife had a vision of a "Trifle Bar" for the open house. I didn't even know what a "trifle" was, but she trusted Pete to turn her vision into reality and so I couldn't object. We gave The Mighty Baker some general guidelines and then trusted them to execute... Everything was perfect! The Mighty Baker arrived early and set everything up for us, were a joy to work with, and were absolutely committed to making a wonderful memory for our family. The desserts were delicious - Pete came up with some delightful and creative combinations with very little guidance from us. Every person at the open house was able to find a flavor of dessert they absolutely loved. Since the event we've had several guests call us asking for a recipe or wanting to know who catered the dessert bar. We recommend The Mighty Baker to every one of them enthusiastically! Rumor has it that this little gem is about to explode into a full blown bakery that we can take our kids to whenever they're in need of a treat. We're rooting for The Mighty Baker so that everyone in Utah County can have the chance to enjoy the tastes and the fun of this talented confectioner. FIVE STARS!!!

In my quest for the cake for my wedding I did several tastings over the course of a few weeks. Even though he was my first tasting, The Mighty Baker stood out. The flavor and consistency of his cake was by far the best of the bunch. i asked him to make both my Wedding cake and a Grooms cake for my wedding last weekend. Pete was so easy to work with. He paid close attention to detail wanting to make sure he gave me the exact cakes I wanted. I also asked him to do a candy bar flavor for the grooms cake that was not on his menu and he came through with perfection. So many of my guests complimented the taste and texture of the cake, saying it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family
